Welcome to paradise! Kick back on the classic Hawaiian rattan love seat in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo and soak in the partial ocean views. Or, if you can't wait to get outside in the tropical sunshine, take advantage of the beach access, shared pool, and hot tub.
This oceanfront condo is about five miles from the spirited town of Lahaina. Honokowai Beach Park is located adjacent to the resort and is an excellent location for snorkeling.
The living room is a gathering place for picturesque views of palm trees, tides, and the islands across the way. The decor is evocative of Hawaiian life, with Tiki-inspired lamps and palm leaf print furniture perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Just pull the enormous sliders open to feel the island breeze. A flatscreen TV and DVD player are available in the living room to further unwind. Surf the web using the provided WiFi.
A full kitchen is separated from the living room by an island, and the kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials to create a home-cooked meal. Dinner or breakfast can be had at the dinette table looking out at the water, or sip Maui coffee while perched on the counter bar stools. Alternatively, grills are available near the pool for a proper BBQ. Wherever you might choose to cook, don't worry about the dishes as the kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher.
The whole family can gather on the larger lanai off of the living room to watch the waves crash on the shoreline, and you might even be lucky enough to spot the local sea turtles playing in the surf below. Whale watching is also possible from December through April. A cafe table and chairs are provided for sipping morning mimosas while admiring the partial ocean views.
Lie in the king bed and listen to the sound of the Pacific, or step out onto the master bedroom lanai to take in a sunset over the water. This condo boasts a second bedroom with two twin beds and a TV, and there is also a queen pull-out couch in the living room. (Please note the second bedroom has two twin beds, which can't be converted). The main bathroom is well-appointed with updated tile and granite counters, and the master bedroom provides its own en suite bathroom for privacy. A personal washer and dryer is available to freshen clothes or towels from a long day at the beach. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to six.
As if sunny days in the sea or at the pool were not enough, this condo is just a short drive to bustling Lahaina town for restaurants, bars, and shopping. Across the street from the condo is the local farmer's market, as well as a coffee shop for a pick-me-up. Head to Black Rock to watch an incredible cliff diving ceremony, which occurs nightly. World-class golf is available just a short drive away, Honokowai Beach Park is right next door with a playground for the kids, and snorkel and ocean equipment can be rented just across the road.
This condo is a true slice of the aloha spirit, filled with views of sand, surf, and the vibrant colors of Maui, and complete with creature comfort amenities for everyone. The curb appeal of this place is not good. However, the interior of this condo was nice. There is definitely no beach but there is one next door and all over the island so that was not an issue. Since this is located next to a public park/beach, there is always going to be that “noise”. That being said the interior was great. Good size kitchen with all the items to cook. Remember that this is not an air b&b so don’t expect much of anything in the line of seasonings but that was not an issue for us. Wash n dryer in the unit were extremely useful. The view and the sounds of waves crashing were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised the they had a small first aid kit that came in handy. This unit was well stocked with towels, TP, ironing board and iron, soap for dishes and laundry. There is also a lot within walking distance: food trucks/restaurants, coffee shops, souvenirs/shopping, ABC store, grocery store and bars. We would book this place again.

Breathtaking views! Very clean inside. Easy check in and out. Loved the location with walking distance to shops/food and park next door. Didn't need a/c in March. All appliances worked great. In room washer and dryer. Exterior building and garden area are a bit run down but the unit was updated and very nice, we were pleasantly surprised upon entering! Will definitely be staying again soon!

Location: great beach front property! There are elevators, which made it easy to get to the 4th floor. Great Fish Market across the street! The neighborhood is quiet for the most part. Only encountered issues on the last night with a group of boys/men hanging by the pool/beach area talking loudly at 1am.
Home: Very clean, no smells, provided plenty of towels, and extra toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra blanket and sheets if needed. Refrigerator worked properly and ice machine works well.
Room for improvement: I wish there were beach chairs or an umbrella for use during the stay. That was the only thing missing!
Would def stay here again!!

Location, location, location!!! If you don't love this location, then you want the higher priced more expensive life style. Honokowai is terrific, busy but not crowded, and close to all the important attractions in West Maui. Paki Maui is literally walking distance to shopping and eating. The condo itself was very comfortable, with no big issues. It took an extra call, but the two twin beds were pushed together to create a second king bed for the other room. The sofa couch needs replacing, as it is old and dingy. If you care where you sleep, you would not want to sleep on it. We didnt have to. The TV was very hard to operate, but that was a lesser concern. The views are outstanding, the kitchen was good, there were fans everywhere, and we slept very well. I would go back to Paki Maui and this unit for sure.

The beach access was blocked off, the carpet was filthy, there was no dryer, the washer was broken, and no A/C!
If these things were notified to us we would’ve changed our place of stay from the get go!
If they were fixed we would stay again. The view in this room is amazing. We are so sad it didn’t work out. Not happy we had to spend more money to go to another place to get what we thought we were getting from the begging!

Will not rent another property that Vasasa is manager of. Washer was broke when we got there. They either would not respond or kept saying our local team will contact you, which they never did. Four of us with no clean towels during our stay and a pile of laundry when we left

The views from the lanai were amazing. We ate all our breakfasts from the lanai and could easily spend hours watching for whales, dolphins, turtles, etc. Bring your binoculars! Great location - a short drive to shopping and dining in Kaanapali and Lahaina. The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, and easy to access. The checkout process was refreshingly minimal, compared to some others that we’ve experienced lately. The only (minor) cons: We could only find one spare bath towel, which seemed odd since we were there for 9 days. There were no light cleaning supplies (broom or windex) which would have been helpful to clean the glass tables/countertops and sweep up any sand that inevitably gets tracked in. The pool is not heated which is probably fine during most of the year but it was definitely too cold to get in during December.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and would stay here again!
