Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was central to both sides of the island. We didn’t spend time at the nearby beach but we did visit a nearby beach that was family-friendlier. We enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping center and the farmer’s market.

Location of unit was easy to get to many things on the island and close to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was well furnished and decorated and fairly clean. They provided chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys which was a big plus! Beyond that amenities for the building had issues. We had a delay in our arrival and tried to called after hours security upon check in, they do not pickup their phones. Trying to figure out how to pay for laundry was a nightmare and expensive and property management has no idea and provides the wrong information. Pool was dirty and full of bugs. I ended up developing a rash after staying on this property. Hot tub was not working.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in unit J8. It is well maintained with a cozy feel. There is a nice laundry room in the building also. The location is centrally located and made it easy to go north or south in a short amount of time. The only challenge was the “beach” across the road. It is not a nice beach at all. More like an impassable lava field preventing access to the ocean. Many homeless tents there also. Not a deal breaker, because of the numerous nice beaches near by. There is also a very nice shopping area within walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I chose to stay here for our "babymoon" and we were not disappointed with that decision. We wanted somewhere that felt like home to come back to after a long day of beach going, hiking, exploring, etc and this was exactly that. It's tough to decide what was the best part - the location or the place itself. The location was perfect for exploring the whole island - nothing is more than an hour away and for the most part everything we wanted was within a 20-40min drive. The ability to walk onto the beach was amazing as well - we took advantage of that every sunny morning we had to enjoy the sunrise. The place itself was well decorated and had everything we needed. Be sure to go to the room and look in all the cabinets before you go to the store - they likely have many things you think you may need. Would definitely stay again.

It was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We were able to explore the island within a short drive. The house was adorable and very comfortable for the two of us! The bed was comfortable and there was lots of parking near the room!

This place was very clean and convenient! Check in was very simple, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and style! The location was great and near a little shopping area. The easy access to the beach was also a pleasant surprise. We would happily stay here again!

Everything was clean and easy. The only additional thing that could be added is a small curtain over the glazed window beside the door that leads to the breezeway.
