We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 9-1 Puamelia. The house’s proximity to the ocean was even closer than the pictures indicated. We loved hearing the crashing waves at night and seeing the gorgeous deep blue ocean from the house and patio during the day. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and had plenty of storage space for our clothes, etc. The location was excellent. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but it is very close to the unit. We absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.
Great unit, room for everyone. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, good ac, steps to the beach.I highly recommend if you don’t care about a pool.

This oceanfront condo could not have been a better choice for us this year! Tucked away in southeast Lahaina, sandy beach, rolling surf and wonderful accommodations. It was very well stocked and provided plenty of accommodations for 7-8 people without feeling crowded at all. Utensils, flatware, grill, AC, and water were all plentiful and the place was clean as can be. We were happy to support the town and people of Lahaina whenever we could,

This was an amazing location! Right on the beach where the surf breaks so many surfers, which we loved seeing. The house was immaculate and very nice. I highly recommend staying here—we’ll be back!
Unit was as described and provided a welcoming home base for our week in Maui. The home was well equipped and had everything that we needed - and the immediate beach access was appreciated. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return again.
We were extremely pleased to find that the access to the beach was just across the lawn. The entire family was out enjoying the ocean on paddle boards and body boards every day. We walked the beach and saw whales and turtles from this location. We loved eating out on the patio every morning and evening. The size of the unit was right sized for our family of 8. We all agreed that this property was perfect for us.

We don’t like crowded hotels or resorts so we always opt for a rental house and this house exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are all nicely decorated. The view was amazing with direct access to the beach. Grounds are super well kept and staff was speedy to help with any questions. We enjoyed the entire property very much and will definitely be staying here again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed with high quality dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, cookware, etc.
Every room was tastefully decorated. The stoneware in the showers were beautiful. We completely enjoyed the condo and hope to return there in the near future.
Great location and very clean premises. Steps from the sandy beach. Our family loved our stay.
After staying in two other excellent 5 star VRBOs (at similar pricing) on this trip we were very disappointed in the overall condition and cleanliness of this unit. Pictures on VRBO are very old and heavily filtered, almost to the point of attempting to deceive. The property has been used and abused for many years and it shows. They turn off the air conditioning when not rented so it smells like mildew for the first two days. Everything was dirty from the kitchen backsplash to the showers, sinks, and microwave. The cabinet handles were filthy and rusting, and the floors and baseboards were so dusty it was stuck on. It appeared that the host / owner did the very minimum upkeep on the property. I would not recommend this unit to anyone that appreciates a clean living space. Other than the location to the ocean and shops on Front street there is nothing that this unit has to offer. very old and dated.

This 4 bedroom oceanfront property made our family vacation FABULOUS!!!The four couples who stayed here had an AMAZING time from BBQing to surfing to enjoying the stunning sunsets on the ocean waves!Was also wonderful to have tennis and pickleball courts on the grounds.

Perfect house for the family to enjoy a family trip together. Very close to Lahaina, a cool town with many shopping and eating options. Driving distance to all activities Maui has to offer.

We stayed here with my parents, in-laws, and two young children. It was perfect. The unit is easily big enough to comfortably handle a large family. We loved having our meals on the large lanai overlooking the ocean. The property is beautiful with swimming pools for kids and parents. The immediate property of the unit has brought us back already as it faces out onto a large lawn then directly out to a sand beach and the ocean with perfect surfing waves. It is walking distance to Lahaina for meals, drinks or shave ice and an easy drive to anywhere else in the island. We have every intention of returning.
We stayed at this home with our 2 kids under 5 and our friends with their 2 kids under 5. It was a fun, safe, clean and comfortable home with plenty of on property amenities.
The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and was super close to the main attractions downtown.
We had a small issue with the AC but the property management team was super responsive and took care of it immediately.
Property was clean and just as it was advertised in the listing. Renter was clear and communicative with instructions. Had no issues at all, and would definitely stay here again!
We loved this property and hope to return. The ocean is right outside with sunset viewing and breeching wales. No beach but towels and chairs were provided and we explored the local beaches. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. Everyone was spread out in the 4 bedrooms. Thank you for everything!
The view from the terrific patio was amazing. Very comfortable condo with four bedrooms. Great location minutes from downtown Lahaina. Hard to find a better place.

We spent ten wonderful days in the rental and have no complaints what so ever. We loved being able to walk a few yards to the beach to swim and play in the sand. The house was well equipped and perfect for seven people. We particularly appreciated having chairs to take to the beach! We would definitely come back!
Excellent experience! The location was ideal, being just steps to beach access. There were 7 adults in our party and we all felt we had our own space (especially the beach!). Plenty of dishes and glasses and silverware. Management was quick to respond to texts. Overall, fantastic! Hope to be back!

Having stayed at Puamana many times before, 9-1 is probably the finest unit we have ever rented. It is ideally located and perfectly equipped and furnished. We had a problem with the dishwasher, but Dave and the APVR team repaired it as soon as they could.
