Location was close to great beaches and restaurants. But the
I only had one issue and its a big one. The parking stall number is not provided in the email they send with all the other information like door code and things, so when I arrived late at night on my first night I drove around looking for a parking stall that was the same number as the unit number. There wasn't one, so I left property went and found free parking and walked with my bags back to the place. Once I was in I saw the information for the parking number in a book on the table, so I dropped all my bags and walked out with only my car keys to go get the car and bring it back. When I returned I realized the door auto locks when closed, so I was locked out late at night with my phone and all bags inside the unit. I had no way to get in or call for help. Thankfully there was a couple there that was still awake and had watched me panic and let me use their phone. I called the after hours number for a solid hr none stop before I got through to someone. It would have been very easy to provide the parking stall number in the email you send out with other information. I would suggest doing that. Other than that the place is lovely! I would stay here again now that I know.

We stayed for 3 nights before leaving for a week in Oahu. When we first pulled in, Maintenance saw we were trying to figure out where to go and had us follow him right to our place. He was very helpful. This place was perfect for us. We planned on exploring and knew we would not be doing a lot of beach time at our place. We spent our mornings and a couple of evenings on the Lanai. We saw turtles our first night there. Communication was good and the price was very fair. The “secret beach” is a 4 min walk and was wonderful. The views are un beatable. We would absolutely stay here again. We were sad to leave.

I love the vibe in this place! It's not luxury by any stretch and it's small but it's clean and well laid out. Decent modern appliances (including TV) and the bed is acceptable. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars.
The real selling point here is you're literally 20 feet from the small sea wall! It's fantastic. Sit out on the patio and watch the turtles. Crabs will walk up to the top of the wall. I absolutely loved it here.
A few downsides. It is pretty small for more than two people (I was solo). Bathroom is VERY well done but it's tiny. It didn't bother me though. Big enough and well appointed (hair dryer, folding mirror, nice vanity and tile).
My only real 'complaint' was the AC. It's a small and weak wall mount unit. So I opened all the shutters and the ocean breeze was wonderful but still a bit humid for sleep. An upgrade would be nice but it is what it is. I would stay here again in a second.
We were doing the fires in Maui and the communication was very bad and you were not ready for any disasters. Very disappointing.

We thoroughly loved our stay in this pretty, immaculate condo situated steps from the ocean! Great location! It is small but comfortable and very well equipped. This is a quiet unit with incredible views and a lovely lanai! The common grounds at Pohailani across the road are beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching green sea turtles dine on the buffet covering the rocks at the base of the low sea wall.. And being completely soothed and calmed by the sound of the waves hitting the shore. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

This was one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed - primarily because of its location on the seawall. It's convenient to other wonderful places in Lahaina, has comfortable accommodations, and - best of all - has the best views of any place on Maui - whales, turtles, birds, the other islands. Had a great stay. Place was perfect for two. Had everything we needed. Lots of dishes and towels, everything was clean and orderly. Management company difficult to reach and did not confirm we had check in instructions. When calling them at 4:05 pm no answer and no room left to leave a voice mail. When we did leave a voice mail we never received a call back to confirm we were able to get into the unit.

This was my third booking with Chase'N Rainbows. The location was easy to find and access no problem. The equipment was useful and the studio clean. In lower level, the privacy was not so proper than accommodations in higher levels. I know this studio was booked by myself. In future I like units in a higher position.

My partner and I got away to Maui for just 5 days for a mini honeymoon. This rental was perfect in the sense that it was private and relaxing. It’s the same size as a standard hotel room but has a little kitchen for breakie or lunch. They have some beach equipment and picnic coolers, but we didn’t use them - nice touch though! We were impressed that your patio is right in front of the Seawall and I sat out to have coffee every morning spotting sea turtles. We didn’t rent a car and just ubered - this was a bit annoying and probably not our best money saving tip. Maui is just generally spread out so probably a good idea for the future - especially staying up here away from the main hotels and crowds. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

We loved staying here for a number of reasons - the beautiful views, proximity to brewpubs and restaurants, but mainly for the turtles and the sunsets. So many turtles sampling the "salad bar" on the seawall right outside our door. It was a magical experience.
I loved the location of this, we saw so many whales and turtles, and amazing sunsets. We did most of our cooking and I was very surprised at all of the kitchen supplies. I wanted the experience of hearing the waves, and having an incredible view, and this place checked every box. Truly a fantastic experience and great place to stay. Would love to return again! We did go out for dinner one night and walked to the Maui Brewing Company, which was great to be so close to!
This condo is an excellent value! We spent every morning & evening on the lanai watching the whales & turtles. Perfect location to see the Maui sunsets. The condo is compact but plenty of space for 2 people. The Napili Market is close for convenience in grocery shopping. There are small cockroaches but this is Hawaii so to be expected-we got some traps & some scents they don’t like plus cleaning & daily garbage removal took care of them.
The location is close to excellent beaches & the pool is great to return to at end of beach day.
We highly recommend this condo!
