We were visiting to velebrate my oarents 50th anniversary. We absolutely loved the house, the view, the neighborhood and the neighbor was so sweet and helpful. We miss the views already!!!! It was perfect with rainbows almost daily!!

We enjoyed our stay this great Princeville location, on a quite street but close to the shops and super market. The greenbelt and mountain views from the back of the house are fabulous. The house had some maintenance issues which the property management people started addressing as soon as we reported them. The property had all the amenities described.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Princeville and have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. From the moment you walk in and see the lush golf course out the wall of windows we were hooked. We were in town for a family event and we had 8 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and we even cooked dinner one night for the whole family (16) and their were plenty of dishes etc. to accommodate us all. The location is perfect. It was easy to get in and out of Princeville and just a few minutes drive to Hanalei. We also enjoyed walking up to Princeville Center for coffee in the morning or the Tiki Iniki in the evening. We were also greeted each morning with a beautiful end to end rainbow out the back porch! We would 100% stay here again.Side Note: At our family event a woman came up to us and introduced herself, she lived next door to the house. She offered to let us use her pool! How neighborly is that!
This was a nice spot with lots of room for all of us! It was close to the vendor markets and in walking distance of the turtle caves! Loved the nice area!
8 adults, and 1 infant stayed at the house and it was perfect. the 2 rooms upstairs have a jack and Jill bathroom. The one room has a huge closet which is where we put the portable crib. I would like to have seen an easier way to get to the back deck than having to go around, or though the master bedroom. the house had all needed small ware, so that was nice as we cooked breakfast most mornings.

This was our family's first trip to Kauai. Let me just say, it is an experience that has to be experienced! I took a million photos and none of them capture the vibe...you have to see it to feel it. This tremendous experience was made that much more perfect by this property. One thing I'll say about the photos: they do a good job, but the view from the backyard is so much more beautiful than they indicate. Inside of the home was very welcoming; a perfect "home base" for the 2 weeks we stayed. Loved that we were within walking distance of the Princeville shopping Center which houses Tiki Iniki, a killer little Mexican place and a sweet Thai/Chinese place, in addition to B's Sandwich Isle and Foodland. Best location I could have imagined!!! Plus beautiful views all the way from the airport to the house!!! We will be back to Kauai, and we will be hoping to stay at this property again!!! Maholo!

Large, clean house in a convenient location to town, and beautiful mountain views. The house came with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toy supplies, which was nice. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly :) It would be helpful to add some amenities like a pack n' play and high chair. We ended up packing our own since the rental options didn't make sense for our length of stay - it would have been nice not to think about it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Great roomy space for a large family. Really liked having full access to the large garage to stow all our surfboards, kayak, beach stuff easily.
Our group of 7 had an excellent stay in this property. Arrival instructions were clear and easy. The place was clean and as expected. There were enough beds and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and the large living area/kitchen made for great time spent together.
The location is great for north shore activities. We enjoyed spending time in Hanalei and hiking the Na Pali coast via shuttle access. However, if you're looking to do mostly south island activities, you may want to consider a place further south. Driving time to head south was usually around 30 to 50 minutes one way and up to 2 hours when going to Waimea Canyon.
Amenities were great and included some beach items. Close proximity to the Princeville shopping center makes it easy to stock up on groceries and other items.
Our group ended up extending our stay another 3 nights, and the property managers made this very easy for us.
Overall, this property was clean and spacious with close proximity to north shore activities. This is a great place for a group that is looking to adventure during the day and then hang out together back home at night.
