Fantabulous accommodation, Better than the photos can
portray. The ocean crashing against the rock cliff in front of the condo is the icing on the cake. Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Poipu.
We loved staying at this property. Was a little disappointed to find out just how far away the beaches are since one was pictured with your other promotional pictures. I would consider leaving that photo out. Also you were right to warn people about mobility issues, my were only slight but I still felt the stairs!
Overall we loved the view from the lanai, watching the turtles everyday and the dolphins swimming by about 5 every evening. We were even lucky enough to see a whale on our last morning!

This condominium is very comfortable and has an extraordinarily beautiful view of lava rocks on the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed watching turtles swim by us in the mornings and afternoons. The property has a beautiful kitchen which makes it a dream to stay at home and enjoy the afternoon looking at the ocean. The only suggestion would be that the bed is a little too hard and the pillows definitely could be a better quality. If you’d like a soft pillow I recommend bringing one from home.
This place was amazing! Parrish was a great host and they were very communicative and helpful.
The condo itself is even better in person than the pictures show. The views and amenities were amazing. We will for sure stay again sometime.
You know you are in the right place when your lanai looks out on a beautiful view that has outside observations areas on each side of the unit. As nice as photos depict.
Very nice condo unit with outstanding views from all the common living areas and wonderful terrace. The two bedrooms are not comparable as one is quite tight with poor lighting with the TV directly in front of the mirror. The unit is some distance from the parking lot (the shortest route has many stairs) and is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But the waves and sunsets we’re breathtaking!!
Large modern condo as close to the ocean as one can get
My family loved this home! It was spacious enough for the 4 of us yet we all spent most of our time together in the main living area. The views of the ocean were some of the best we had ever seen. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays swimming right outside our balcony. It's a great location, you can see poipu beach from the property and there are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.
This place is lovely, with a beautiful sleek interior and a great deck for wave watching. We counted sea turtles over our morning coffee. One huge bedroom and attached bath, and one smaller. Poipu is a fun little town, packed with history and great restaurants. Altogether a great stay.
This place was amazing. Extremely well furnished. The view was fantastic. Short walk to beach. No AC but it was not needed after the sun went down. I would really recommend it
