Amazing views, literally takes your breath away when you step into the condo. Not far from Hanalei Bay. There is a good sized supermarket close by in Priceville as well. Bathrooms were nice and they do provide beach and boogie boards stored in the closet. The kitchen was great, nice appliances and cookware. The one improvement could be around the bed and linens. Needs a refresh for sure, but not a deal breaker.

Condo was just as described. Roomy and stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs were great to have. The views were amazing and everyone around is quiet and respectful. We loved the location. The path from the parking lot is short but a little steep. Not an issue but helpful to know.

This place is in a great location. The views from the living room and the bedroom and kitchen table are amazing. Condo is very nicely furnished and the bathrooms are nice and big. Beds were comfortable, nice sheets, nice towels. The only con is that you can totally hear the people above you. The first night we were in heaven. The second night Swiss Family Robinson moved in upstairs with lots of little kids. Started at 5 AM - they were dragging furniture around the deck which was right above our bed. Kids running back and forth on our heads for hours. We finally banged on the ceiling which gave us a 30 min reprieve and then we gave in and got up. The view from this place is so beautiful that even after all of that - I would take my chances and stay here again - maybe...probably...hard to be mad when you are watching the waves with the Napali coast in the background. Restuarant was suprisingly good. Pool was nice and but chilly. Parking was easy.

Everything about this rental unit and rental agency was exceptional from the start. Our experience from making the reservation, to the beauty of the rental unit, and everything inbetween was beyond my expectation. We also took advantage of the helpful emails sent by the agency communicating local events and things to do while on island. Loved everything about the unit and its location on the northern shore of Kauai!

Made dinner here both nights because you can’t get a better view at any restaurant. Saw several whales - it was magical.
10min walk to the beach access path near 1 Hotel Hanalei, and 20min total door to beach (with 2 kids)
Comfy beds and renovated bathrooms. It wasn’t too hot while we stayed so the temp control was fine! Will come back again xoxo

Location was great and has one of the best views you can find in Princeville. Unit is quaint, but it has some elements that make it feel dated and worn and more like a high use rental than something special. Please note the internet is very slow and outdated DSL, meaning single digit download speeds, so it cannot handle normal video and media use you may be accustomed to for work or everyday life elsewhere. There's no AC, so you'll have the windows open all day long and the screens are not a perfect fit, so be prepared for there to be bugs inside. If this unit had AC, more durable and contemporary materials, a higher standard of cleaning, and normal internet of 100+ speeds, it would easily be one of the best rentals available in Princeville.

Oceanfront makes it feel like home, taking care of every detail. The unit was overly equipped with every item you may need. Whale / Bird / Surf watchers use the multiple binoculars. Stargazing, use the telescope. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, towels all sey. Cook-in a breeze with well stocked kitchen. Walk to Hideaways beach or use the pool if its cloudy. Our go to happy place and tge best unit at PKK.

The view and the sunsets from this condo are fabulous. We aren't big condo people, but this unit worked out fine. We really liked the North Shore and Princeville is an easy drive to so many beautiful beaches and experiences. Really appreciated the rental management company. They were very helpful in planning our trip.

We have been coming to this condo for many years and have always enjoyed our experience. This year, we found many things lacking. Two TV remotes, one TV and the CD player did not work. The Coffee maker did not work without needing constant cleaning. The microwave fan would not shut off and we had to flip the circuit breaker to shut it off. There weren’t enough paper products and the ones we had were of very poor quality. The cost of renting the condo has gone up and the quality of the amenities has gone down. For the price, we could have rented a 5 star hotel with daily cleaning and linen changes. We hope to come back and would like to see some improvements made.

Property location is beautiful. This unit is nicest we have stayed in at PKK over 12 or so years. Property is well maintained and managers provided any service we needed in a timely fashion. There are probably more activities on Kauai than any other winter vacation locale we have considered.
