Unit 324 has a great location! The spacious lanai offers a beautiful view of the ocean, and offers a kitchen that is fully equipped. The bedroom offers a King bed and the complex is located on the Ocean side of Alii Drive. There are portable air-conditioners located in the Bedroom and the Living Area.

Relax by the swimming pool while grilling your fresh catch on the common area BBQ's. Watch dolphins swim by and enjoy Sunsets from your lanai. Alii Villas is a popular, well maintained, ocean front resort located on scenic Alii Drive. It's conveniently located within walking distance from town where you'll find restaurants, shopping, open markets, & Shaved Ice!

The ocean is visible from the large pool which is located near the condo. There is also a built-in gas barbecue with an entertaining pavilion for your dining convenience. A west-facing seawall at the end of the property is a popular gathering place to meet your neighbors, sit on a bench and gaze over the ocean, experience spectacular sunsets and watch all manner of watercraft and sea life. This property also has mature tropical gardens that are beautifully manicured.

Location and property is amazing. So close to shops and restaurants. Lovely place to have dinner and breakfast on the lanai. The place is clean and a sufficient amount of supplies are included. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the air conditioning even thought it is a bit nosy. We really enjoyed our stay there. We will miss the lovely ocean view breakfast every morning.

Clean and convenient location, not far from town. Ocean view balcony is nice with sunset. Follow the driving direction from the owner instead GPS, we were able to get to the place even after dark.

Stayed here with my wife for 7 days. Good things about this place were the location, ease of parking, washer/dryer, and fairly good privacy. The not-so-good things about this place included infestation of ants (requiring us to contact property manager..who was responsive), very loud portable air conditioners (good luck trying to fall asleep while running), poor quality of drinking water, old and tired furniture, including the mattress. Bottom line, the building is fine but the interior could use a major upgrade.

Great view, great parking, great accommodations. We used the unit predominantly for sleeping and breakfast, but we did once use the bbq area for dinner and it was quite nice and well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We loved being able to hop on the free trolly to head to the beach or to Kona. The pool at the condo is lovely and we enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai.

Clean condo with everything you need, even buggy board and beach chairs. You can walk to the side of the community for a beautiful sunset after dinner.
