My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, freshly remodeled, and tastefully done. We loved the ocean view and the close easy walk into town. There was a problem with the A/C units draining water that leaked back into the bedroom carpet. The onsite coordinator "Colin" was extremely helpful and made a great effort to create a temporary solution. Long term the A/C units will need to be replaced. Thank you, Colin, for all your help.

Comfortable, well supplied kitchen, short walk to restaurants and shops and the free trolley. Well supplied beach equipment. Nice pool.

Excellent in-town location for easy walking to restaurants or a pleasant stroll through Kona village. Nicely equipped condo with beach gear and coolers. The kitchen is reason enough to stay in this condo. Spacious and well outfitted with anything needed to prepare great meals. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful space. My husband and I visited the Big Island for 9 days and stayed in this lovely condo. The place itself is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is excellent - super close to Ali'i Drive but far enough away so you hear very little noise. Communication with both the condo owner and the on-site contact (Colin) was terrific. We were very pleased with our visit and will stay there again, next time we visit Hawaii.

Condo owner contacted me via text a couple of weeks before I even showed up with check in procedure and other helpful info about the property.
View was partial ocean, so there was plenty of water viewable from the lanai, which was very comfortable and considerably private, though sunsets weren't directly visible. I wouldn't count this against the property as a whole though.
Location was close to a couple of small beaches and several restaurants and convenience stores (including at least one ABC store very close by, and only a couple of blocks from a farmer's market and bigger shopping strip.
I had a few questions during the stay that I was able to send the rental owner and got very prompt, very helpful replies.
Would recommend to any adults looking for a relaxing time on Big Island, and I would happily book again with the same owner in the future.
