Our family really enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room to spread out but also lots of great space to spend time together. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping, dining, beaches, and attractions.

Our 3 generation family vacation was wonderful. Plenty of space, chairs, towels! Location was close enough to town, beaches, and a full day trip including hiking at the volcano.

Fantastic spot for a large family vacation! Slept 9 of us comfortably and was well equipped. Lots of space for activities and a great pool. Close to lots of things and very quiet! The house had lots of pool toys in the outdoor shed and lots of stuff to use at the beach (toys, snorkels, boogie boards, flippers, umbrella, cooler). Just over a mile walk down to Ali'i drive through the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Our three generation family (ages14-78) of 9 enjoyed all aspects of this property. There were enough bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas inside and out for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped for all levels of cooking. The washer/dryer were easy to use. We loved the pool, views, whale watching to the right of the lanai, all the sounds of nature and the little green lizards hiding in the plants in the yard by the driveway. Highly recommend Green Flash for takeout coffee/breakfast. Go early but it’s worth it. Great beer and swag at Kona Brewing. Good sports venue is Oceans. Gecko Girls for Hawaiian Ice. Humphys has great fresh fish sandwiches. Definitely recommend: Jacks diving for snorkeling with Mantas and scuba, sea horse farm you get to hold seahorses, Mauna Kea Summit Adventures for sunset/star gazing. Safeway is about ten minutes from the house as well as many restaurants and shops. We snorkeled by walking into water at Kahalu’u Beach Park. Terrific for first timers. Tons of fish, some turtles, lifeguard. We would definitely go back. I love the Kona Coast and this is a terrific place 🌴🌊🌺

The view of the ocean from the house and this back yard is amazing.
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood
The home is spacious and clean and very well stocked what you need to just fly in and get food and just come home
