Dated. Needs new mattresses and linens. Location was great. Awesome pool. Kitchen well stocked making cooking at home easy. Internet was very poor and tvs didn’t work. Had an issue and reached out to the property management company and they were very rude.
Great property! It was perfect for our needs and had a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen, dining, and living room area were a nice size. We really appreciated the extra single bed in the one bedroom.
The room was amazing! It was clean and had an awesome view of the ocean. There was space for our entire family, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing family dinners. It was more than we could have ever asked for.
Overall this rental was perfect for our trip! I loved the location in Maui, the staff at the resort and beach equipment included. After going to a beach at a much bigger resort that was incredibly busy, I was thankful to stay somewhere less big. I was able to walk or drive quickly to many things in town. My family appreciated the view, availability of beach equipment and the two nice spacious rooms. Our only complaint was that our dishwasher did not work. I emailed Epic directly instead of through VRBO (I forgot that I booked through them) and didn’t receive a response. This could have may have been resolved if I messaged througj VRBO instead of email. I wouldn’t judge the rental based on this, but it is worth messaging.
The condo was exactly what we were expecting and what we needed to make our trip to Maui a success. We did experience some issues with the washing machine, but the property maintenance and Epic Realty were so easy to get ahold of and did what they could to try and fix the problem without it hindering our stay. We appreciated the effort and the communication. Location was perfect, lots of places to walk to or short drives from the condo. Will definitely be back!

Lived our rental, perfect location and slept 7 people easily! Would highly recommend. Only downfall was that you couldn’t set thermostat lower then 76 degrees. Was a bit humid in condo

The place is nice, has beach chairs, cooler for beach outings. The ice maker does not work in the refrigerator so we had to get ice in the basement each day. When we had heavy rain, water came in through the master bedroom window & the living room slider so that had to be cleaned up, however the place is nice & the resident's were friendly. The place is located near world class surfing & snorkeling.
Good location, plenty of room with our family of four and two grandparents. No beach access but plenty of nearby public beach options
The host was very good with communication, the property was gorgeous and just as it looked in the pictures. We were walking distance from quite a few great shops but rented a car which I recommend doing for this location. Great community in the Area!
The property was a perfect place to stay, well-equipped with everything you need like in a perfect home. A "feel at home" was I felt the moment I stepped in. The view was beautiful! Overall, I would come back and visit again!
