This was our second time staying in this unit, based on our first stay. The unit was perfectly prepared for our stay, and everything we needed was found right at hand.One additional shoutout for the unit's management team: We arrived about 6:30pm on a holiday, and I needed a 3rd parking pass. I had figured on leaving a voicemail and finalizing the next day, but the manager answered, said she'd handle it, and we had the pass in the hands early the next morning. very well done!
Property was exactly as advertised. Very well appointed in a great location! The Hospitality app is so easy to use and loaded with information. Michelle was wonderful to work with.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on the big island. We rented a condo at the Wiakoloa Beach Villas, and had a great experience with the facility and the property management company. They were extremely responsive, and made it easy. We have stayed here on several prior trips - always a good experience.
Our stay at the condo was amazing!! It was extremely clean and well equipped with anything you might need. The location is perfect - a short walking distance to everything in Waikoloa beach, which makes the stay so convenient. This property backs up to the golf course there, which was very nice. Michelle, the property manager, was amazing. She went above and beyond during our stay and was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will definitely be booking with this rental company in the future and cannot recommend this villa enough!
Our family enjoyed our stay here! Great location, well equipped kitchen, and loved the outdoor seating/grill.
We loved this property. The only thing we would have liked were a few soft pillows. The kitchen was very well stocked,we wanted for nothing. The location was fabulous,great access to the beach and shops. We are planning on returning next year

We had a wonderful time in this unit. It was well appointed with plenty of paper products, detergents and kitchen needs.Michelle is always right on top of things and responds right away. The lanai is quiet and has a nice BBQ.

Property is clean, well stocked, and the beds are comfy. AC is a plus, but opening the windows to feel the trade winds is almost better.

Having never visited the Big Island of Hawaii we had no idea what to expect!! The location was perfect for us to navigate around the island seeing the sights that most interested us. The property was great and having a ground floor unit was perfect due to some disabilities. Loved the garage parking!! We will look forward to visiting again!
We had a nice stay in this ground floor condo. It was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for our Hawaii vacation. The gated community is safe and well kept-it was nice to park our rental car in the garage. There were several beach items available for use which was perfect-chairs, boogie boards, and more. It’s nice not to have to buy these things on arrival. The washer/dryer is essential too-although the washer might need a good cleaning (I’m sure it’s hard to maintain in a sandy humid environment). Loved our stay here and would book it again in the future.
Our rental was all we hoped for, and everyone at Kohala Coast Properties just added to our enjoyment. I had a couple of requests over our week, and each time someone was there to answer the phone, take our request make sure it was taken care of quickly.
The way a kitchen is equipped is a key indicator for me, and this kitchen not only had all the tools we needed, but also had a wide variety of plastic storage for our on-the-go food. Very comfortable living, for the time we spent there!
Our family had a fantastic stay in Waikoloa at this condo! We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas before, these condos are in a great location close to A Bay, shopping, golf, enjoyable area for walking. The condo pool and grounds are immaculate. The unit was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. Would highly recommend!
Stayed 8 nights. Everything was nice and centrally located for walking and bike riding. Only issue was the rear door was very hard to lock and (out of control), a person smoking next to us outside. couldn't use lani for a day. Called management and didn't have any issues afterwards.
