This condo sleeps up to six guests with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, that can be made into a king size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. From your condo you will enjoy panoramic views of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai on the horizon. Enjoy sweeping views of the grounds and landscaping, and watch the local sea turtles swimming near the shore. For your indoor entertainment pleasure, cable TV, CD and DVD players are provided. Join new friends and neighbors on the ocean's edge for pupu's and Mai Tai's at sunset. Free parking and internet! This is a non smoking/ vaping property

Each has a private lanai with a breathtaking view of our vast Pacific Ocean.
All of our condos have fully equipped kitchens. There are washers and dryers on site for your convenience, bring quarters and detergent. We have a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. There is also three gas barbeques for grilling. There is cable TV, Wi-Fi, free parking and many individual amenities to make your condo “home away from home” while on Maui!

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. All this can be done just minutes, even steps away from your Maui vacation rental!

We have stayed at this resort in other units before. This one takes the cake! So perfect for my family! We enjoyed every minute of being here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here because it’s close to family that live on Maui. We’ve stayed in 101 before and not much has changed on the inside. Main bed was comfortable (cal. king turned sideways). The bathroom is very small (not for the big & tall). Waves were really loud because the water is super close. 2nd bedroom was set up with 2 twins. 1 out of 2 kids slept there (other slept on sofa bed in living room). Hall bathroom is small also. Living room was comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Tight quarters there too. Ground level lanai was awesome to watch the sunsets. BBQ grills were good to use. Pool and spa were nice. Overall, 8/10 stars because the unit needs to be updated/remodeled. Property management is onsite and eager to help if there was problems. Laundry was onsite as well but not in the condo.
