Very cozy with a partial view of the ocean! The grounds are beautiful with a private pool. Walk across the street to sit by the water or take a short drive to Poipu Beach! Beautiful area!
Dated, lots of owners decore
There were some great things about this property…plenty of bath/beach towels and kitchen supplies. The beach chairs were nice and clean to use along with a couple coolers. The small lanai provide nice view and cool breeze. Lots of small kitchen appliances and fans. This property has old-school vibes. Keys for access must be picked up and dropped off in Lihue, which is near the airport. Be ready to bring coffee (filters provided) and bath/body soaps. Short drives to great local coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and beaches nearby. Traffic could be a little loud at certain times and parking was tricky but nice location.

Loved the location and view! However, the place is very small even for two people! Very comfortable bed. Not very clean! I’m a clean freak and it was dirty! Decor very worn and too much furniture for such a small space.
The views were amazing but the house was a little smaller than the pictures. But is was cozy and clean
This property was in a great location. Lovely view of the ocean and the park next door. It was very well suited for two people and very well equipped with everything you would need. Short drive or walk to shops. Nearby beach was not as swimmabke as going to closest Beach park had beautiful sunsets.
Nice location. Super clean. Beautiful gardens on site. Full equipped kitchen. Large shower stall with great pressure and lots of hot water. Bed is nice and comfy. There are lawn chairs and an umbrella to use, also a cooler. Plenty of hangers for clothes. There is no AC but your don't need it..as the fans in the room keep it cool. I would recommend!

I was kind of anxious as I've only ever vacationed at hotels, so this was a new experience for me. I booked through an app, but will definitely go directly to Kauai Vacation rentals next time. Everything was so easy and planned perfectly. The instructions and communication were outstanding and really, could not have gone any smoother. The condo itself was also perfect. I was cautious as there was one slightly negative review, but I'm glad I listened to the 50+ positive ones. The condo was perfect for us, the grounds were amazing, and all the other guests there were friendly. The condo was so stocked we really did feel like home.

We had a great time, just a lil hot sometimes maybe a big fan by mirror in front of bed would help. The sliding balcony door wouldn’t lock too well. Was given very lil toilet paper for the amount of days we stayed. Other than that the stay was great. Loved how much appliances it had.

Adequate but nothing special. Ocean view was limited as the balcony really didn't exist. Very unusual layout. Parking was a nightmare as the lot was poorly designed. Entrance to shower looked like it was an escape hole in the wall. Need a step ladder to get in. Kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. If I wasn't travelling alone there would have been nowhere to spread out your luggage. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance and they are scattered around. Really needed the rental car.
The best word to describe this property is "adequate". Real small with an unusual layout. Parking was a nightmare. Parking lot was terribly designed. Advertising a balcony is a bit of an exaggeration. Two foot wide, with really no room to sit out there.
If I hadn't been a single traveler there would have been nowhere to keep our luggage.
Nice, limited view of the ocean. Park next door was pretty.
I would not stay here again.
Great location for exploring the Southern portion of Kauai. This one bedroom had an efficient layout and well coordinated decor. The second floor enabled a lovely view.
Absolutely perfect location. Falling asleep to the sound ocean from the unit. Great layout. Would love to come back and bring my husband. Would seriously consider purchasing one of these units for personal use.
The unit is great. Perfect for our needs. Roomy and comfortable with everything we needed.
There is no air conditioning, however, the Crosswinds are strong and keep everything nice and cool. Be Forewarned there are tons of roosters running around and they Crow all night long. Challenging if you are a light sleeper. Also, parking was an issue. We had to park on the street every day of our stay.
Cute condo, well apportioned, comfortable with a throwback vibe.
We enjoyed having everything we needed in such a beautiful convenient place. We were told that we wouldn't have hot water for at least a few days, but that very evening it was fixed! We used the nicely stocked kitchen and grill outside.

This little condo has surprisingly LOTS of space to unwind and feel comfortable while planning out your adventures for the day in paradise! We loved the roomy bathroom and invigorating shower, the large comfy bed, the relaxing living room AND the tiny, but thoroughly relaxing porch for two overlooking the grounds and the soothing waves crashing right across the road. Absolutely beautiful spot and a real bargain for the money!
Just across road from ocean . 5 min walk to excellent snorkeling. 15 min walk to shopping g mall with restraints .
Kitchen well equipped , plus beach chairs, beach towels and noodles to use .
Pool is a bonus . We will be back
This is a fabulous place to explore the South Shore. The beaches are fabulous. Lots of hiking options and close to Waimea Canyon. The condo is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend.
