Great location, nice condo with an amazing view and terrific location near shops and restaurants with a nice beach out front and pool. Was a great stay and had everything we needed - great to have beach chairs, coolers, etc to just pack up and go.

Everything we hoped for and more. We were able to relax and reconnect in an idyllic setting. We made friends at the pickleball courts who were owners. They agreed we stayed at the best unit in the complex. Any issues were promptly addressed by maanagement. We will be returning and bringing our family.. Aloha

Magical! This is the second time we have rented this property and would do so again. We appreciate the restfulness and community feel of Lae Nani. It is very laid back so if you are looking for excitement or a party scene this is NOT for you. Walks along the beach, ease of access to both South and North shore plus a short walk to restaurants, farmers market and shopping are all at hand.
We enjoyed our time at Lae Nani 321 so much! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool was nice and big and refreshing. Proximity to the Coconut Marketplace with many shops and restaurants was very convenient. Close to many activities. The unit itself was just as shown online. One thing that would be nice is if the unit had a couple of beach chairs to take along to explore other beaches on the island. Overall, a wonderful trip!

Myhusband and I spent glorious days at this condo in Lae Nani. Lae Nani is beautifully maintained and landscaped. I especially loved and enjoyed the large clean pool. The condo itself was wonderfully decorated. The showers were lovely. The bed was dreamy. My favorite part was the gorgeous view of the bay and the beautiful lanai. A real plus was the washer and dryer. With a safeway up the road and the farmer's market at Coconut marketplace, we ate many meals at the large dining room table. We did enjoy the Lava Lava club next door with its delicious food drinks and nightly music. We could not have wished for a more beautiful time and place.
After the events in Maui my wife and I had decided to go to the island of Kauai. We were scrambling to find lodging and just by chance this property came on the market after a recent remodel. It is just in a perfect location on the corner of a building so you get fantastic ocean views in two directions. The private beach area is less than 100’ away so you can enjoy the sound of crashing waves, long distance views toward Lihue and beautifully landscaped grounds including a nice pool 50’ outside the door. We spent so much time on the lanai just enjoying the scenery and sounds and you will too. The property is north of Lihue in the town of Kapaa and we really liked the local town as it had lots of options for dining and all the essentials like a grocery store without the crowds of Lihue or Poipu…not to say it was quiet but a little less busy and very central for touring about the island. The condo itself has two very spacious bedrooms and baths which appear to have benefitted from the recent remodel. The open area is very comfortable and the kitchen is adequate for your needs. This condo is just lovely and was a perfect place for us to enjoy the island. Please note that part of the remodel included adding AC units in the bedrooms so the issue raised in reviews about it being hot is eliminated. We literally had no complaints and would definitely look to stay here again if returning. I know it’s expensive, but one of the few places that I would say truly the cost.

Wonderful location, price and accommodations. It is hard to find a unit in Kauai with AC but this has it in all rooms. Wonderful view and it was recently renovated with beautiful art, furniture and laundry. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals. The grounds are amazingly well kept and stunning. It has great parking and the location makes it easy to go to markets, food and a quick walk to restaurants, bakery and other cute shops. We traveled all over the island but love this area because of its quick access to the airport and both sides of the island. I’ve stayed in other places but this is by far the best at a very good price. Everything went smoothly and without a single issue. Lovely property 🌴👍

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this condo. Usually I come with Stacey Love, but brought my family this time and we love the location. loved the location! The property was not as clean as it has been in the past. Lost of visible dust, especially the lighting above the dining table. Living room drapes are loose, hard to open sometimes and need some minor repair. I've rented from Kauai Vac Rentals for years, and it's my go to company. I feel you need to know these thing because I know you value your service as do I. Gloria at KVR is amazing. We will be back. Mahalo

Overall we were pleased with the property. However, the ad said the unit was airconditioned, which is only partly true. The living room area has a mini-split AC unit but the bedrooms had nothing but fans. The night we arrived the unit was hot, stuffy and humid and we got almost no sleep. We recommend adding a mini-split to the master bedroom.

Condo was in a very nice, well groomed compound. Was relaxing and quiet. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, we ate many meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do, see, and experience. Not a lot of great restaurants in the immediate area, but the island is small and so drivable that you can get to excellent restaurants within 20 minutes drive. Property manager was helpful and answered all questions quickly. I would stay here again.

Lae Nani was everything we had dreamed of for our family vacation to Kauai. The corner unit with panorama views were stunning day and night. Loved hearing the waves at night and the best part was being steps from the beach and pool. The grounds were gorgeous. We will book again for sure.
