This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. Looking at photos of vacation rentals there’s always the slight concern they may not be recent, but the photos of this property definitely are. And it is even better than we had imagined. The condo has everything you to cook, bake, play at the beach, enjoy the sunset, pack a picnic, BBQ, watch TV/movies, or relax. It is very comfortable with sectional sofa and not the wood arm type, renovated at some point with amazing use of the space (island incl dining seating, murphy beds), and AC works great. Highly recommend staying here (our first time in Kihei) and enjoying the beach directly across the street. We played in the ocean and had two turtles swim very close to us… so cool! Would absolutely return. Thank you!!

Kamaole Sands is a great location, directing accords the street from Kamaole Beach 3. The grounds at the resort are beautiful, so well manicured. The unit was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and various beach toys. It was so enjoyable to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. There even was a vein of the ocean! PMI Maui was always available to solve any concerns. Highly recommend thus unit, we had a great time and plan to return soon!

I would stay here again. The standard is the same as what we have at home - which is superior to most offerings for VRBO in Maui at this price point.

The view is amazing, the condo is completely renovated from top to bottom and fully equipped with everything you need for a trip to the beach or cooking that special dinner. I have rented many times with PMI Maui and they never disappoint. Will absolutely rent again!
