Maui County has now cleared this section of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in good, safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to enjoy this beautiful home and be captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that greet you from the kitchen, living room, and dining areas. The expansive oceanfront lanai invites you to unwind while the waves soothe your soul. The mountainside den doubles as a cozy guest room or entertainment space, providing a retreat within a retreat. Upstairs, the oceanfront master suite is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring an ensuite bath and a private sunning deck with panoramic views. Two additional bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom, while a fourth bedroom on the main level ensures comfort and privacy for all guests.

The Historic Clubhouse and 94 townhomes on the north side of the property were destroyed in the Lahaina fire. The building sites have been cleared, and their plans and permits are pending county approval. Access to this area is currently restricted, and Lahaina Town is off-limits while the rebuilding is in progress. As you drive down the highway and enter the gate at Puamana, you will notice the building sites. Once you cross the bridge, you will enter the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for. Luckily, two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway and Foodland Farms, survived the fire and are just a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, and four excellent restaurants – Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle – located on the oceanside behind the Safeway Shopping Center, also survived.
