Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We often stay at the Plantation Cottage for a month in late winter. As usual the cottage was very comfortable for my wife and me and a series of house guests. In particular, we love the covered porch and the location close to the beach. This year the kitchen appliances were new which improved our ability to prepare meals.

This was such a lovely, comfortable, cozy cottage. We felt so at home here! Montgomery and Julie are friendly, helpful hosts, the cottage was clean, and beautiful touches like orchids in the house. An easy stroll to swimming beaches. We will be back! If you are someone who prefers something a little more home and neighborhood than the hotels and condos, this is it!

Our stay at the Plantation Cottage was one of the best surprises we had when visiting Kauai. The house has a beautiful feel to it. Nestled in the trees, and just a few steps from the beach, it was a great place for us to relax and enjoy. We look forward to coming back.
