We absolutely loved everything about our 10 days in the condo. It was within minutes of a gorgeous black sand beach. The condo is beautiful, with everything we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful. It truly felt like paradise!
This was our first time to Hawaii and we were blown away by the intense beauty of the beaches and landscape. We had a great stay. This is the first time we have stayed outside of Kona. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. We enjoyed our moring walk on Black Sand Beach watching the turtles play in the surf and lay in the sun. The grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were nice. I would recommend staying here.
I’ve stayed in a lot of condos at sea mountain and I believe this was my favorite. Very clean, new appliances, good fans and ventilation, stayed cool in the day! Thank you!
We loved our visit. The place has everything you need (all well labeled and easy to find). The place was clean and in order. We felt ‘at home’. I would definitely stay here again (and for a longer time). We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning watching the white caps on the ocean, listening to the birds, and enjoying the calm.

This place is out of the way - which is what we wanted. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place. It also very dark if you love stargazing. We got amazing pictures of stars with our iPhones. Day trips to Kona and Hilo areas are perfectly manageable, but we spent several days just soaking up the black sand beach, drinking coconut milk and watching sea turtles. Accommodations were exactly as described.

We had such a wonderful stay during Easter weekend, that we had to go back and will continue to go back for as long as the owners will allow! Lol. It really is a wonderful condo. I almost don’t want to brag about it too much because there won’t be anymore dates available to reserve! Seriously though, you’ll be pleased with everything about this place.

Beautiful condo. Not located next to the resort areas which is exactly what we wanted. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, weekend getaway and it’s specifically because of the absolutely amazing unit that we stayed in. My daughter, grandson and I live less than 10 mins away in Pahala. We own a coffee shop there called, “AunTee’s.” We decided to change it up a bit this Easter and wanted to get away, yet still be close to home. Soooo flippin’ happy to find this unit was available. We scored!!! The owners were extremely kind and accommodating and the decor is so gorgeous. It’s well-equipped with everything you could ever need. The ceiling fans made the inside temp perfect and we were sad to leave. Definitely going to do this again!

Very nice place, just as listed.
Nice bedroom bed that head inclines to watch TV or movie.
Sofa bed not very comfortable.
Kitchen is well stocked but small, meant for 2 people at most.
Deck is nice, good view.
Not far from pool and hot tub which were nice, close at 9 pm.
Not to many people by pool or in hot tub at once so was easy to get a seat.
Check In was very easy.
Only couple bad things about place, very far winding road to Kona for groceries etc. Hilo almost as far, better road but always rainy there.
Condo in a low area of Island so hi way getting in there for us was flooded and closed first day from Kona side.
Rooster lives just across the way from bedroom window and he was crowing on and off every morning from around 5 am to 730 am he'd finally stop which sucked if you like to sleep in.
Load people in parking lot later at night coming in or leaving in morning also problem trying to sleep in, tough when want windows open for air.
All and all very nice place for price if you want a quiet getaway that isn't busy like kona
We very much enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks! It had everything we needed for our time in the condo and lots available to us for our daily excursions - cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. It's a beautiful home in a very nice complex, which is a short walk to a fabulous black sand beach. The pool and hot tub were so nice! We would love to return some day!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. It's in a great location for Volcano National Park, South Point and Black Sand Beach, plus and easy drive to Hilo. We would definitely recommend it.
We enjoyed our stay! It is a remote location but we new that before we stayed. The black sand beach next door and sea turtles were wonderful. Loved the Hawaiian bakery a few miles away and being 30 minutes from Volcano NP. Great value for a secluded vacation

My family of 4, including to kids ages 7 & 9, enjoyed this condo for 3 nights. The grounds and the condo are great! Easy to get to black sand beach, which was great for snorkeling but rocky so bring water shoes. My 7 year old was amazed snorkeling with the turtles. This was a great price and great condo!

Great place, close to beach and National park is only a half hour away. Quiet and great views.
