Imagine arriving in Hawaii and pulling up to your own private home with ocean views from every bedroom! This spacious home is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood and has a private, heated pool, and a huge lanai with one of the best sunset views in Kona.
This home easily accommodates 3-4 couples or 1-2 families and much more affordable and convenient than a nice hotel. It is also baby-friendly, with 2 play-pens, sliding door locks and staircase gate.
Because of its location and elevation (615 ft), you not only get the amazing panoramic ocean views, but also island breezes flowing through the home ensuring fresh air and comfortable temperatures. Conveniently located, you are a short drive (5-10 minutes) from all of the action in downtown Kona, Alii drive and beaches, whale watching adventures and golf resorts, and only 15-20 minutes from the airport.
The main floor of the home offers a large kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a California King size bed, large bathroom, walk-in closet, and opens onto the outdoor lanai. A second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and large bathroom across the hall, and also opens up to the lanai.
The lower level includes two bedrooms that access the pool deck. One has 2 Queen beds and the other has a California King and family room with couch and recliner and TV. There's also an additional full bathroom downstairs, conveniently located between the bedrooms.
Elegant furnishings and decorated Hawaiian style (upgraded since our last photos), this spacious home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, large rooms, and two living/family room areas. The kitchen has a counter height table set for 4, center island, stainless steel appliances and is large enough for sharing quality time while the group chef whips up a meal! Extra details are included, such as Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water, Air Fryer.
Outside, enjoy the incredible manicured landscaping with beautiful tropical plants and flowers (several Plumerias for Hawaiian leis).
The heated pool is an amazing mild saline pool (read more about it on our website, linked below). The large pool deck offers both seating and table arrangements for sunbathing or sitting in the shade under covered areas and lounging, watching the kids swim, or reading a book. The house was incredible! Our group of 5 of us spent 5 nights here as we were playing in a golf tournament in Kona. The house was exactly as described in the description and there is nothing at all that wasn't perfect. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with all of the supplies you could need to cook. Tons of spices and dressings left in the fridge. The ice make was full and we had everything we needed.
The hosts had all kinds of beach toys, towels, and a book by the front door with instructions for everything.
Can not recommend this house highly enough!

The hosts for this fabulous Kona area home were Fantastic- super accommodating and accessible; very helpful in getting our stay off to a great start.
The home is very well appointed - the kitchen lacks nothing; bedrooms and bathrooms are very well put together.
The view from the upper lanai is outstanding & the pool area is comfortable & well equipped.
Many thanks for a wonderful vacation with our grown children & their spouses and my parents.

We were very comfortable in this large home that had a gorgeous view. You can tell the owners use it regularly because it is well stocked with all the things you may need. We had some complications with our travel and timeline and they were very kind and supportive. The view is really incredible, and my son loved being in the pool everyday. Two of the rooms have mini splits which made nights cooler, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The quantity of snorkeling and beach gear was impressive! You really don’t need to bring much of that. We enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood including a local walking trail where we met a lot of the neighbors. Our age ranges were 6-74 and everyone enjoyed it. We did pay a nominal fee to heat the pool even warmer than it already was because we’re wimps. Well worth it!
Basically it’s a great house and you’ll be happy here!

Beautiful, comfortable home with everything you need. We had mixed ages and the size and condition of property is excellent. Comfy beds and amazing lanai with breathtaking views! Took a sunset photo each evening and each one was different and amazing! Decor is "tropical" and attractive. We grilled in 2 nights, ate out a few nights and ordered Door dash too. Pool is awesome and plenty of towels/toys as well as a selection of beach supplies too. We found the 2 porta cribs useful though no high chair (as was in the amenities listed) but we brought a camp chair for the 8 mo old which worked great. The breeze and ceiling fans helped keep everyone cooled. Lots of bananagrams at the large dining table. :) Would definitely stay here again (convenient location too) if we are blessed enough to be able to! Mahalo !

The home is spacious and well equipped. The pool area comfortable with plenty of seating. A bonus having chairs to take to the beach for those needing a seat. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking with an array of appliances plus a BBQ. We had 7 people and never felt crowded. It was nice to be in a neighborhood and close to beaches.
