Overall this was a good experience. Room was nice, pictures are accurate of the room. We were a little worried arriving the first day however, the hallway at the room was under repair from what appeared to be a water leak. The valet parking has increased to $45 a day, but the valet’s done an excellent job and we’re helpful with directions and local attractions. As to my star rating on cleanliness and accuracy of description was due to hallway, room was very clean and cost listed for parking.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations. Quick walk to the lagoon and beach. Lots of things to do on the property including shops, restaurants, and one of the best coffee joints around. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Jana was an excellent hostess and easy to reach with questions.

Wonderful property, clean, and perfect for our family of four. Jana was wonderful to communicate with and we enjoyed the amenities of Ilikai. Amazing location and handy being close to restaurants and shops for all your needs during your stay. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
