This ocean front, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit, has a full kitchen and bathroom. Cozy, quiet, great for couples and small families. There is a sofa sleeper pullout in the living room that overlooks the ocean from a small deck/lanai. There is a dining table inside as well as an outdoor table for two. A larger picnic table and a gas grill is available for use in the back yard, along with beach chairs to watch the sunsets and lounge chairs for sun tanning or just relaxing. The beach is about 300 feet from the building with a large yard of green grass and palm trees leading to the seemingly private beach. Enjoy the amazing sea turtles that crawl up and rest on the sandy beach with good snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, wind and kite sailing, pole fishing, shelling and more. Don't forget to keep an eye for the passing whales. Ocean equipment is available at the numerous rental shops in town. Centrally located near banks, medical clinics, supermarket, shops, restaurants and more. Tucked away from the big resorts and high tourist filled areas, you can enjoy your own little piece of paradise. This is Unit #4 - 1 BR/1BA (upstairs). We also have a more updated 1BA/1BA first floor unit (VRBO #4294819) @ a discounted price for Dec. 2024. It's a new listing, so there are no reviews for that unit; but its part of the same apartment building and the exact floor plan, except its a downstairs unit. Check it out, its really nice and cozy. Location, Location, Location! Magnificent sunset views. The home was clean and updated. Mike (owner) is a wonderful person and we enjoyed visiting with him throughout the week. Enjoyed the seclusion and beach as well as the turtles. Aloha!

Michael was tremendous as our host. He loaned chairs and coolers to us. The place was nice, well maintained and had a beautiful grassy yard leading up to the beach.

Great location, beach is out your back door. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The owner Micheal is very accommodating and kind. We stayed 4 days and would rent the place again.

The unit is at the dead end of a quiet residential street, right on the ocean. Although everything you need is nearby, the unit feels secluded from the busyness of the area. Plenty of space in the 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and living area. The deep yard leads to the beach, which you pretty much have to yourself. It was a very tranquil setting, which we hope to someday come back to. Thank you Michael for everything!

Apartment had so many perks: excellent location right off the beach, super clean, great air conditioning, quiet, lots of equipment available for beach activities, and a top tier host. Mike greeted us when we arrived and was excited to hear about or interests. We were only staying 4 days and it was our first time in Maui. Mike gave so many great recommendations for day-trip activities such as hikes, sightseeing, and restaurants. He also alerted us to characteristics of the beach nearby, such as being sure to watch for turtles and whales. We had a wonderful time thanks to Mike covering everything we needed.

It was such a cool facility really close to the beach. You can sit and enjoy in the balcony with the ocean view. We really enjoyed our three days the host was awesome.

One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. The location is unmatched. Beautiful sunsets and steps from the beach. I loved waking up and drinking coffee steps from the ocean. Great place for a couple.

We had an absolutely lovely stay, and Mike went above and beyond to give us great recommendations and make us feel welcome. We mostly used it as a home base for adventuring (very convenient!), but kind of wish we would have taken more advantage of the beautiful property - can’t beat the outdoor area going right out to the beach. Recommend, and hope to return.

Everything was great here! The biggest draw was being right on the beach in Kihei so we could walk on the beach and swim right there. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Mike went above and beyond to recommend restaurants and a gym. Would definitely return!
