Great location great amenities couldn’t be happier
The condo was in a perfect location. It was very clean and had clear instructions. It was very homey and Vicki was very nice and communicative. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
Perfect.Absolutely everything we needed to have an incredible trip! We grabbed the beach chairs in the morning for beach swims and in the evening for sunset! The property is lovely and the flowers perfume the air around you. Many thanks for your hospitality and for thinking of everything.

Fantastic! I needed for nothing! Only thing that iterated me slightly was the people upstairs. Their children stomped and ran for hours. But that isn’t the owners fault.Great location!
Great place! Very clean and updated. The extra amenities (beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc) were a helpful surprise. Laundry on site super convenient. There was a complimentary bottle of wine which was super kind (we don’t really drink but appreciate the gesture). Highly recommend this condo!!
Amazing location in Kona - great place to stay - will do again someday. Clean and adorable with lots of extras to play at the beaches.

Coming in late at night and not being at all familiar with the area , finding our unit was a little confusing. Everything else was good.
Condo was amazing! Had everything needed. Vicki, the manager had excellent communication and responded to our emails within minutes. Pool was great, grilling area was spot on. Only downfall….the vacation went too fast! Will definitely stay again!!

Great location, very clean and super convenient to restaurants, beach, snorkeling, tours or just hanging out at the oceanfront pool. Laundry conveniently located on the premises. Short walk to all the fun. Looking forward to our next trip.
Vicki was the best host I’ve ever experienced in my time of renting vacation homes. Communication was top notch. The home was immaculate and she left lots of tips for first time visitors. I really appreciated the ear plugs for the traffic noise outside. Absolutely anything wakes me up and I was able to sleep soundly through the night. I highly recommend.
The property was very nice and affordable. There is a little road noise but nothing that kept us from sleeping well.

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at! Clean, well stocked with absolutely anything you might need! Communication was GREAT and all the little extras were appreciated! (Wine,oranges, binder with all the information, book on the island …..) The location was perfect! So much to see and do!

The place was beautiful and very clean. House was very organized and had everything that you will need . The host was very friendly and helpful she even let me check in early because my flight was early morning. I really enjoyed my stay here and I recommend it for sure. I stayed for 4 nights and I was able to use the beach chairs that she provides and all other equipment. I really liked the place.
Th e property manager really put out the extra effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay from menu’s with hand written notes and tips to a guide book of stuff to do on the island and a bottle of wine waiting to top it off.
We loved it. If we where to come back we would love to stay there again.

The suite is renovated & really clean. Can walk to the main shopping area. The suite has everything you need & more in it. Property manager provided clear communication & very welcoming. Would stay again :)
This place had everything that you would need and want, down to coloring book and color pencils for my 6-year-old to all of the amenities. No better way to say it, home away from home.
This is one of the cleanest, most well-equipped rentals we have ever had the privilege to stay in. Vicki has thought of everything (cooler, beach towels, fins/masks, laundry detergent, etc). Her "master" binder on the counter includes menus, information on local activities, emergency weather procedures as well as local hospital/clinic numbers, etc. should they be needed. She even provides a white noise machine/earplugs for those who may be disturbed by the intermittent street noise. While we did notice the street noise it did not affect our stay. Additionally, the pool overlooking the ocean was a nice place to relax after a busy day. Should we return to Kona we would definitely stay here again.
Near perfect. Think of it as a mid-level motel, with kitchen, that is near perfect. Well thought out. Combine that with its location and price and I doubt there's a better deal on the island.
My only recommendation, and this isn't critical by any stretch, I would like to see a newer TV that allows access to multiple apps and higher speed internet wifi (if possible).
This condo was the perfect place to stay while exploring the area. Communication with Vicki was great. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The bed was comfortable and the wine was a bonus! Thank you!
We had a great stay on the eastside of the Big Island. This was a great location to explore from north to south.
The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and commuications.
I would recommend this for anyone.
The owner of this property is one of the most responsive that I have come across so far. The house was very clean, the kitchen was arranged very well and the location was very convenient. She offered without me even asking to extend the checkout time to 8 pm since our flight back was at 10 pm. When the coffee maker malfunctioned and I texted her she was at work. However in the evening she dropped off a brand new coffeemaker! Would give this a six star rating.
