The suite is renovated & really clean. Can walk to the main shopping area. The suite has everything you need & more in it. Property manager provided clear communication & very welcoming. Would stay again :)

This place had everything that you would need and want, down to coloring book and color pencils for my 6-year-old to all of the amenities. No better way to say it, home away from home.

Clean, spacious, great location! We highly recommend this VRBO. With a parking spot right outside our door, and in a convenient location not far from tourist spots, beaches and grocery stores, we were able to make the most of our vacation. So nice to have a cooler and ice bottles ready for us. Vicki was especially good at providing vacation ideas and promptly answered all our questions.

Near perfect. Think of it as a mid-level motel, with kitchen, that is near perfect. Well thought out. Combine that with its location and price and I doubt there's a better deal on the island.
My only recommendation, and this isn't critical by any stretch, I would like to see a newer TV that allows access to multiple apps and higher speed internet wifi (if possible).

We had a great stay on the eastside of the Big Island. This was a great location to explore from north to south.
The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and commuications.
I would recommend this for anyone.

The owner of this property is one of the most responsive that I have come across so far. The house was very clean, the kitchen was arranged very well and the location was very convenient. She offered without me even asking to extend the checkout time to 8 pm since our flight back was at 10 pm. When the coffee maker malfunctioned and I texted her she was at work. However in the evening she dropped off a brand new coffeemaker! Would give this a six star rating.

This place is perfect for a couple or small family. The cleanliness, location, amenities and all the little extra touches from Vickie made it a perfect stay. She had EVERYTHING we needed. She had brochures for national parks, several books on the island, tonnes of menus with reviews for restaurants, condiments and coffee plus way way more. We enjoyed this way more than the Hilton Hawaiian village we stayed at in Honolulu.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. A convenient and comfortable place to land after exploring all day. The exploring was made easier by the amenities provided by the host, we were more than delighted to find beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler for our water and lunches, and even snorkeling gear! We could have made coffee in our unit, but we could also take a short walk to a coffee shop! The pool at the complex was perfect, with a view of the ocean! We were even able to do a couple loads of laundry to get us caught up. Communication with our host from the get go was prompt and gracious. Much appreciated!!

Very clean, all the amenities i think you need. A lot of extras you do not always get at other places. Traffic can be a little noisy but tolerable. Updated with very nice decor. A/C is nice with cieling fans. Very nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.
