Kaanapali Royal B303 is a spacious condo located on the golf course in the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort area; the perfect getaway for your next Maui vacation! This home has just undergone remodels to the kitchen and both bathrooms, plus a new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and new carpet in the second floor master bedroom. It is the perfect spot for families, a group of friends, or even couples to enjoy all that Kaanapali and North West Maui have to offer!

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo! The condo was in a great location, walkable to a little grocery store, shave ice, and, across the golf course,we could walk to Whalers Village and our favorite beach near Black Rock. The condo was clean and had all our needs, including a BBQ on our deck, beach towels and 4 beach chairs. We will definitely look up this condo for our next trip. Mahalo!

You won't be disappointed with this property! We have stayed at Kaanapali Royal a few times and the complex and this property was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful view of the golf course, resorts on the strip and a bit of ocean from the Master. Twin beds are a must for our kids. Plenty of space for us all and small enough to bring us together. Very clean. Just the right amenities provided. Location is perfect for us - .25 mile walk to the beach, a little further Whaler's Village, just over .5 mi walk to Blackrock, Safeway is a short drive, small local market a short walk away and shave ice! Property management was also extremely kind and generous. We will definitely return. Looking to book our return trip soon!

This place was such a nice place to stay plenty of room. Big lanai overlooking the golf course. Walking distance to beach and the Whalers village shops and restaurants. Everything went smooth and they accommodated all of our request. Thank You.

This was the perfect setup for us especially our children. We were close to our cousins so it made it easy for the kids to visit one another. They loved the pool! We loved the shopping and the restaurants which were just a short walk away! Beautiful place and definitely recomnended

Everything was perfect, fully equipped kitchen, close to everything! Clean, quiet and easy parking. My only complaint was that the room with the twin beds, the beds need help they made a lot pf noice and they where uncomfortable. Also the fan in that room was very loud. Would definitely book again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo very much and appreciated a late check out which made it feel like we had an extra day of vacation. The condo is spacious and nicely finished. We cooked 'at home' a lot and it is a nice kitchen although a few more basics in the cupboards would have been nice (oil, bbq sauce etc). It was nice to have a bbq on the lanai. We made great use of the tommy bahama chairs and umbrella. We had asked in advance about the type of coffee maker in order to buy the right supplies. We were told it was a drip coffee maker but there was also a keurig which was our preferred choice so we went back out for coffee supplies. Also the code we were give for the door was 4 digits and did not work. We called and were given a 6 digit code which worked. We appreciated the quick response of the mgmt team when we couldn't get in.

The location was away from the hustle of Kaanapali beach, but just minutes walking distance from there, overlooking the golf course. My only advice is to read the fine print before booking. The listed price and the price we paid was quite different. I was not expecting all the fees, taxes and charges for parking. I wish VRBO would just name a price that includes everything, like how most airlines and car rental places are now doing.
