We had a great time in Honolulu.
The place was very nice, the kitchen was fully functional with everything we needed. They had beach chairs and coolers etc for us to take to the beach. It was a very comfortable, beautiful stay I would recommend. The chart house and the harbor bar shared the same building so that was also convenient.
My impression of this cute lil' condo, was everything we needed for our stay. Clean, Quite for the most part when there wasn't any construction. I'm sure its not like that all of the time. location was perfect, close to everything, within walking distance to beach, stores & nightlife. The condo was equipped with everything you could need. Even though we didn't need kids things it was available. car seat, pack & play and boogie boards.
Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the beach, awesome shopping, and delicious restaurants! ABC Store located right across the street for all your necessities, snacks, drinks, and grab n go meals.
The condo had enough of everything for our family of 4, bedding, towels, beach towels. Owner included laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc. These things are not commonly stocked for a whole week stay for a family of 4.
The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes and utensils you would need. There were boogie boards, a sand chair, umbrellas, beach mat, cooler, ice packs, and so much more!
The sofa bed was not very comfortable. But with a little ingenuity, we put the couch pillows under the thin mattress to give it more padding and comfort, it ended up being just fine.
The owner had timely responses to our inquires. We would definitely stay again!
Jack was awesome. Need to update the laundry hours. Clean, compfy and cozy.
Great experience. Good communication. Very comfortable condo. Within 15 min walk to downtown Waikīkī and only 10 min to Ala Moana Shopping center. Excellent view of the Marina. Had a few beautiful rainbow. Even appreciated the pretty/non white sheets and non white towels. Felt more homey.
Jack was a great host and the condo was great. We've stayed here before at the Ilikai Marina and these are really nice condos. You can't go wrong with the location at all. And, the descriptions are spot on. We'll stay here again when we stay in Waikiki.

Hubby and I loved this condo unit. Jack's communication was excellent! He provided a lot of info, recommendations, etc. The queen bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The WiFi worked fine too. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our week long stay. The unit was very clean. The views from the lanai were marvelous (marina, lagoon, sunsets, etc.). The unit is on the north side of the building, so we found it to be surprising quiet for being right at the marina and above two restaurants. We went to the Harbor Pub and Charthouse restaurants (located below the condos in the same building) multiple times. Both restaurants have a great vibe and delicious food/drinks. Waikiki beach/shops are walking distance away, and lots of things to see. We watched the Friday night lagoon fireworks from the Harbor Pub. Parking was 33 a day, with in/out privileges, which was very convenient. We highly recommend Jack's condo unit.
Really nice stay and a great view Walking distance to most everything. Fireworks on Friday evening too. Everything you need is there. New carpeting on the floors. A bit of noise on the streets after 10 pm, but not annoying. We’d definitely stay again.

Jack's condo was perfect. Great location, very clean and well stocked. To have a parking garage in the building is a major plus. And with the convenient access to the unit even better! Yes, you do pay for parking but I felt it wasn't expensive. The beach and lagoon are very close. Restaurants everywhere and the Chart House entrance is in the Condo lobby. Good location, near the beach, and Ala Moana shopping mall. Might be a bit of a walk to the main Waikiki strip of restaurants and shops for some people, but we walked a few times to the other end of Waikiki beach and Diamondhead, so it depends.Great communication with the owner Jack.
We liked the condo, and the location is great! The space was a little tight for 4 older adults - probably more suited for a family with children. The parking is 33 per day.
Perfect location to access everything on the island. Close to all major bus routes, Waikīkī and shopping!! Awesome views from the lanai!!!

Beautiful condo and great location. Host was very responsive. Expensive parking which may be normal in Waikiki. Only used the condo lot for two hours and it cost $20. Could be better explained in description. All in all though an amazing place to stay.

Look this is no Sheraton suite. Its a nice homely apartment that gives you that feel of being lived in and homely. The aircon was a bit noisy and some of the trim around the place was loose but overall its perfect for my wife and I. I wanted a place that provided a separate bedroom with a sofa bed in case our sleep patters were funked up. A kitchen that is a good size with everything you need to to either stay in or the basics for quick up and go - coffee machine, kettle, fridge pots and pans etc.
The position was great for everything, especially as this was our first trip to Hawaii.
Overall it was excellent for us. A place to come home to after a big day out being tourists. Close to anything you need.
Happy to recommend and hopefully revisit in the future.

The Ilikai Marina is a great location to stay if you are new to the island. Walking distance to Ala Moana and Waikiki strip. Fireworks at the lagoon are just a 5 minute walk and all the food in the area is amazing. Parking is pretty cheap compared to most hotels and the kitchen is great!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jack is a great host to deal with. Great communication, very accommodating and generous. Check in was easy. Location is convenient and cleanliness is important to us. Extras were nice - beach gear (chairs/umbrella/floater etc), cooler/ice packs, new toiletry items, clothes detergent, some pantry item for cooking and all the necessities were supplied. Little thoughtful things like the rolling shopping cart came in handy. Car seat and playpen in the closet if you have little ones. Layout of suite made it feel spacious. Clever positioning of doors & sliding door allowed us all some privacy when we needed. Lots of natural lightning and clear unobstructed views of the marina and ocean. Can see the fireworks from the Lanai. We would definitely book again.

This property is centrally located so you don't have to staff off the water yet have some piece and quite. The apartment itself was clean, nice space and easy to park and access. Would stay there again.
The condo was more dated than advertised. The kitchen was not very clean. With few paint touch ups and tile flooring, it could be a really nice space
