Everything was fine except for a couple of baby cockroaches I witnessed now and then in the kitchen and bathroom. I communicated this to the manager and he said they took care of it, however, after fumigation probably a week needs to go by to see the results. I stayed for 7 days and only used the room to sleep, so I can't say much.
The countertop in the kitchen was clean, as well as the stove, fridge, and bathroom. I didn't cook at all due to time constraints. Also, the room has no cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper. The room smelled slightly of smoking, so I always kept the air conditioning on.
The location is excellent.

Fantastic visit and stay at your condominium. The only negative I would say is that one of the neighbors was a heavy smoker and it's smelled up the condominium.

This condo was so cute and cozy, the city/Mountain View was lovely. The kitchen was equipped with all the kitchen tools and utensils you’d need, I did wish there was at least salt and pepper to use though.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Staff helped via text message immediately every time we had a question. Onsite security staff not as much. This unit was clean and exactly how it was pictured. Things to note; the buildings smoking floor is on 7, and all we could smell was smoke when the window was open. The AC needs attention, smell was very bad by the 3rd night and our lungs were certainly feeling it. It wasn't until we returned home that I realized how bad it actually was. Had I mentioned it to the staff I am confident they would have addressed the issue right away. We absolutely would stay at the location again. Maybe not this unit without confirmation the HVAC system had been cleaned.

I had a convention where the host hotel was the Hilton Village which is approximately 5 minute walk from llikai Marina condo which was 1/3 the price. The condo was spacious for up to 2 adults with everything you'd need. Great location with quick access to the beach and restaurants all with a short walking distance. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The property management agent provided in the email was different than the agent assigned. Did not know this info until I called the number in email. The property had broken furniture and this is not disclosed until we stayed there and some knocked at the door after we arrived to fix it. The bed was broken and made strange squeaky sounds which was not ideal for sleeping.

It was a great stay at the Ilikai. The property manager was really helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a little confusing coming from the property was the self parking ticket situation, the person who worked there was not that clear, but we figured it out. 100% would stay again.

Very comfortable, some areas could use a refresh but overall in good condition. I love the location. The parking pass was hard to understand.
