This warm luxurious unit features a recently upgraded fully furnished kitchen, large master suite with King size bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This condo features everything including central AC, Wi-Fi, TV, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, convenient parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers onsite located in guest laundry rooms on property.
Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai) with enough seating for four. The beautiful beaches fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling and kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogging. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 4. All units at the Maalaea Surf are non-smoking.
Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.

well the guy cleaning the roof on my stay booggerd the tv cable and closed down the tv for seven days, but I didn't go to maui to watch tv. I really love ma'alaea surf. hopefully one day I can afford to buy a condo there on maui. I've stayed in condo across the creek my first time on maui in 1996.over all I have no complaints on my stay.

Great experience staying here for 7 days, everything was clean and well kept. The shops were close by and the beach is stunning. The complex had 2 pools and various outdoor games to play so my 2 boys were always kept busy.
