いつも宿泊はコンドミニアムです。色々な所を利用しましたが、ここはかなりのお気に入りになりました。決めては立地と、部屋に洗濯機がある事、駐車場とリゾートフィーが無料の所です。まずは立地。コンドの前の道を2〜3分歩いてクヒオに出れば、正面にインターナショナルSC。左手はワイキキマーケット。ワイキキマーケットは朝6時から夜10時までオープンしているのでコンビニ使いが出来る上、品数豊富。デリコーナーも充実しています。クヒオには美味しいお店が沢山あって便利。インタマを抜ければ、ワイキキの中心部に出ます。部屋には洗剤

That's right, this cozy unit will have you feeling like your home.
This unit has pretty much everything you need.
-Secure Parking
-W/D in unit
-Full Kitchen (Microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove) all utensils you need to make a quick meal, plates, bowls, pans, etc
-Ironing board, iron
-Hair dryer
-Towels
-Roof Top Pool with a lovely view
Did I miss anything? I probably did, but I can't list it all.
Walking distance to;
-International Market Place (5-8 mins)
-Waikiki Beach (10 mins)
-Honolulu Zoo (15-20 min)
-Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from to go eat.
Perfect place for a couple to stay, the residents, staff in the lobby area and management team definitely had Aloha spirit and made you feel like 'Ohana.

Great stay. I'm second time here, and this rental not easy to caught. First is rooftop with swimming pool and sauna, all I need. Barbecue area, awesome view all around from rooftop, sunset and sunrise. Pretty quiet compared to other rentals, I've been. And free parking, with private spot. For me, best of the best

We so enjoyed our stay, our host James was super nice, we were delayed getting in and he gave very good instructions to guide us through check in and the apartment came with everything we needed for our ten day trip! I broke a water pitcher on accident and he was very kind about that, very courteous host!! The apartment kitchen was great to have as we cooked most breakfast and lunch meals there, very helpful to save- the only thing I wish we had was a few more shelf-stable seasonings, so if you’re planning to cook, bring your own salt/pepper and other seasonings! The bathroom was very clean and the shower fit just fine with the toilet and sink(other reviews said too small, it is not) Patio view over the canal was gorgeous and we loved being able to watch the sunrise over the mountains without even getting out of bed! Parking garage was convenient and easy, LOVE the no parking fee, we would spent a fortune otherwise!! Rooftop area also looked newly renovated and was very nice as well! Overall a 10/10!!

Pros: The condo is in the heart of Waikiki and it's only a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the International Marketplace. There is a covered garage spot that is close to the elevators to easily carry goods from the room to the vehicle. The condo has a nice view of the canal and comes with a Hospitality app that has helpful information on it and is worth the download.
Cons: The unit is very small. With just two of us there was nowhere to put our luggage. You could not pass each other in the bathroom or hallway at the same time. The rental needs an update, paint job, and good deep cleaning. These are the first things we look for in a rental and sadly this was probably one of the worst ones we have encountered. There was hair on the toilet and floor. There is a thick layer of dust on the fan, splatters on the kitchen and bathroom walls, and mildew and mold build up on the shower track and doors. Also when stepping out of the shower, you have to be cautious not to step into the toilet bowl as the area is very tight. There are not many outlets either which makes charging electronics difficult. Also the picture that is listed has the room oriented the complete opposite way which renders the air conditioner useless because it is blowing directly into the bed. And when you are in bed, it is blowing directly into your face. In addition many missing knicks and chips on the walls and door frames. The iron was very dated as well. We would not recommend staying here.
