No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stat at #1707 over the Christmas and NY holidays. The property management company called me to tell me the unit would be ready for our arrival and met us as planned.1707 was very clean and well maintained. It has all the essentials. It is opposite the elevator, so access is great and no added noise as a result, at night the building is very quiet. A pleasant balcony to enjoy the views with coffee/wine.Great location easy walking to the beach and into Waikiki. Some exceptional small local eating places very close by. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

I will book to stay here again
