    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay in Waikiki! Location is perfect for beach, bus, Waikiki market, International Market place and restaurants. Very clean and great views. Kitchen is very functional and bed is very comfortable. Worked well for our month stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos do a good job of capturing the space, it really looks that beautiful. What's not captured is the convenience of parking, the friendliness of the residents and fellow visitors, the low key approach of the property management, and the feeling that you are home which was welcome to me as I needed the respite. Thank you for sharing this space for a while.

    Loved the location! Perfect to do everything by foot. Super beaches all over, walking distance. Super parks as well. Absolutely loved exploring Waikiki and Honolulu! The place is good for 1-2 people- very small, but perfect really for working remotely and vacation. As per cleanliness, the place needs a major spring cleaning. It had been cleaned, but not thoroughly. You can see the dirt under kitchen cabinets and appliances. And walls could use a wash. Biggest downside: the roaches, in the kitchen. Not good. Checking in a bit complicated having to call the tenant ahead of time to meet. He was not very knowledgeable of the place or any info for that matter. Also fire alarm went off twice in a few days, once later at night, 2nd lunchtime. Not a super management of the situation on the first one, the guy managing the building would not talk to us and clearly state that it was a false alarm, we were left to ourselves. 2nd time well taken charge of telling us clearly and repeatedly that it was false alarm. A bit anxious for many days/nights that it would ring again. Stayed in other condos during my stay which were cleaner and no bugs. Makes the difference. But yes would come back again.

Waikiki beach, Kalakaua Ave and all Waikiki stores are in walking distance. The condo was fine for us.. but you shouldn't be someone who loves to cook his own meals, the kitchen's very small, no storage. Plus:There are beachchairs snd a parasol for the beachdays. I'd recommend this condo for young couples that want to be right in the heart of town. Due to the location it's always a bit loud on the lanai (we didn't expect that but you get somehow used to this after some days).

The property management company called me to tell me the unit would be ready for our arrival and met us as planned.1707 was very clean and well maintained. It has all the essentials. It is opposite the elevator, so access is great and no added noise as a result, at night the building is very quiet. A pleasant balcony to enjoy the views with coffee/wine.Great location easy walking to the beach and into Waikiki. Some exceptional small local eating places very close by. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Having stayed in this building previously we knew it was great proximity to shops, beaches, and restaurants. There were no issues with check-in, Barbara met us as soon as we arrived and gave a run-through of the condo. We didn't need to contact her during our stay as there were no issues. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need, even beach chairs! We purchased an umbrella from Walmart and our beach set up was complete. The condo is conveniently located across from the elevator, but there was no noise. The building is very quiet at night. We will book again with Captain Cook and at Waikiki Park Heights.
