We LOVED this property! From the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, to the plethora of beach and activity amenities (boogies boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc) and the AC in every room, this was a truly great place to stay. That’s not even mentioning the excellent location and property amenities - close to everything and in a gated community, with access to a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and, of course, right on the water. We LOVED sitting out on the lanai in the mornings and watched the waves, and then eating dinner while watching the sunset in the evenings. This is a truly wonderful place to stay and we would certainly book this again!

Great condo in a great location. Simple access to the condo with no key to worry about. It was easy in and easy out every day. Perfect view of the daily sunset. First floor condo made it easy to pathway and view the sunsets. Quiet place with only the crashing waves being heard. The condo was well furnished. It had quite a selection of beach gear. It even had a fishing pole! Definitely will stay here again
The location was amazing!! The kitchen had all the utensils and pans we needed. The beach and pool gear were an added plus!!

Lovely ground floor two bedroom condo. Had two beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear along with a medium sized cooler. Great patio with two lounge chairs and two reclining chairs along with a high-top table with four stools. I wish the facility would remove the small hedge so we see the ocean from the entire patio rather than only half of it. Loved falling asleep hearing the waves crashing! The other recommendation was to have shower mats for floor. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, well appointed and clean condo. This condo is in a beautiful, private complex with amazing views of the ocean from the large lanai. The condo is less than a mile from the grocery store and several restaurants, and we were only 5 minutes from the Keauhou Bay, where many charters are located. The condo had beach chairs, towels, and cooler for guest use. We loved the air conditioning and the washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!
This is our 3rd year staying in this condo complex. We just love the location, views and everything about it. It’s close enough to numerous restaurants and shops but far enough away from traffic and noise. Perfect.
We usually get a big house but needed to stay a couple of nights before we could stay with family so we found this beautiful place. Right on the ocean and very clean accommodations. There is a little beach area you can walk to. The whole experience was very nice. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Sunsets on the back patio were great. We had young kids with us and the grass outback was fun for them. The pool was nice, never super crowded, mostly older people sitting in the chairs not actually swimming which was fun for my kids to have almost the whole pool to themselves.never heard too much noise above us. Kitchen is decently stocked with needed supplies.
Loved the view, grass in front, scenic pathway and sunsets!
Spent a wonderful and relaxing 10 days at this property with my kids (5 and 8). The condo was clean and quiet, lanai had beautiful views, kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable. All around a perfect vacation, and I’d definitely stay again on a future trip. Mahalo!
Very close to great snorkeling. Condo had towels and everything you need to have fun at the beach. The air conditioning worked great. The grounds are beautiful and the sunset views were outstanding. Very comfortable and clean. Only one minor issue was not having a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

The place was much better than the pictures. The house was old but very well maintained. Love the pool and washing machine. I love the view from the house and it was close to Kahalu beach and many other tourist places. There are beach matt, boogy board and many other items that we can use. I would def recommand this place!

We stayed as a family of 4 (two teenagers) for 5 nights. The place was very spacious. My teenagers were able to share a bedroom with their own beds and had their own bathroom. Our master bedroom was very comfortable once we figured out the A/C. The rooms were not pitch black for sleep but they were plenty dark for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. A standard coffee pot so we bought coffee grounds. Not much for spices other than salt/pepper (no big deal to us as we only cooked eggs every morning). Plenty of towels for showering as well as beach towels and it was great having the washer/dryer as we used it several times. They provided laundry detergent, dish soap, TP, paper towels that lasted us our entire stay. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, noodle, and boogie board; although it was too small for our adult sized boys so we ended up renting ones for $9 a day at Boss Frogs just a few miles down the road - really good deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, enjoyed the pool, and listening to the waves crash from the lanai. We even saw some whales off the coast, I would happily book this rental again. Only minor issue was there was a car stored in the designated parking spot that wasn't communicated beforehand, but wasn't an issue as there were amble visitor parking spots.

The location was great, beautiful view. A short walk to the farmers market was awesome. The condo was clean and in good shape. Most everything we needed was supplied, at least a starter bit. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear were a nice surprise. We had a whistling sound the first 2 nights that we couldn't pin point that kept waking us up but maintenance came and fixed it and were very nice. Poop in the pool made our last night a bummer but we just shifted our family BBQ to a different location instead.

This unit was super clean and had a gorgeous ground level view of the ocean. Everyone here was friendly and again it was really clean. We could have used more garbage bags since you are required to take out your own trash. Also the TV is older and the Roku was pretty slow in working and the tv is 32”. Not big enough for enjoying a movie with a lot of family. However I would 100% stay here again. Very convenient location

We loved staying in this condo. It was clean and comfortable and we wouldn’t change a thing. We traveled with two other families and ours was the nicest condo. Enjoyed the back patio with the sound of the surf. I’m a light sleeper and never had issues with sounds from other units. The hosts were professional and provided everything we needed. The gift bags were a nice touch. We highly recommend this unit. We did wish we could take longer walks on the beach but the landscape wasn’t conducive to that without driving elsewhere. Our favorite thing to do in the area was snorkeling at Kealakekua.
The cleanliness was amazing. You could eat off the floors. The decorations and conditions of the condo were fantastic. In fact, we loved the hula lamp so much we ended up tracking down the artist who lives in the mountains above Kona and buying one of his unique bronze sculpture lamps. The location was awesome. Great sunsets every night. Noise from the surf was relaxing and put you to sleep. The amenities of the club were also more than we expected. Our grandkids loved the pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed several times in the Condos just a few feet away from the Pacific Ocean in the Surf and Racquet Club. Truly a great experience. As we've gotten older, we desire to be on the ground floor and thus the views are not quite as good as those on the second and third floors, but still the views are very good -- especially if you walk or move chairs just a few feet up the berm and towards the ocean.

Clean property with all the essentials. Loved the accessibility and privacy that we had for our week long stay. Our condo was all that we could want and we would definitely stay again
We enjoyed our stay here. Furniture was comfortable and condo was roomy. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in condo too. There were many amenities at the complex for you to enjoy and it was gated. View was good, but in hindsight I would have looked for a condo on 2nd floor or above. There is a small hill and hedges between the lanai and ocean, so when sitting on lanai, there is not much of an ocean view if watching the wave action is what you want. We liked the location because it was away from the busy part of Kona, but close enough to drive, park and enjoy the restaurants and shopping in that area. Overall we enjoyed the condo and all it offered and would recommend for your stay in Kona.
The place was tidy and comfortable. You can hear everything outside at night :( there are missing louvers on the glass front windows. There are not black out curtains in any of the bedrooms and the curtains that are there do not close all the way. There is a pathway behind the condo (main bedroom side) and the curtains are see through and don't close so you don't have privacy for changing clothes. There are bright street lamps outside that shine into the windows. The sandy beach that is mentioned is not really a beach. Beautiful oceanfront view.
Good things: VERY close to the most amazing shallow reef, GREAT SNORKELING FOR KIDS. It's quiet for the most part. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. The couches are clean and comfortable :)
We would stay again if they remedied the curtain situation.
