Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

*BUILDING NOTE: Pool and hot tubs will be closed for annual inspection April 29–May 18, 2024. The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for extensive renovations beginning sometime in 2024 (anywhere between May–December). Timeframe subject to change.

I stayed here with my daughter. Check in was so easy. I appreciated be able to go straight to the room. Location was great to get to the beach and all the shops and around the island. We loved all the windows to see the city and the ocean.

Property manager a bit difficult to reach during his days off. Was not notified until after attempting to reach him that he did not respond due to day off

Convenient location to all of Waikiki, easy check in and out, free parking was super helpful compared to every resort nearby, nice to have a full kitchen to save some money on meals too. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Easy walk to beach, really good to have a car park, and condo has everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 建物は古いが部屋は充分に快適に過ごせました。引き出しタイプの収納スペースが多くとても便利でしたが、クローゼット以外に洋服などをかけれるフックがあるとよかった。エアコンの音が大きいので気になる人はいるかもしれません。ビーチへは2ブロックほどで徒歩圏内。ビーチチェアは1つ壊れていて利用できなかったのが残念。ワイキキ中心部へは距離がありますが、駐車場は利用しやすいのでレンタカーがあれば移動しやすくスーパーも近くて便利な立地です。エレベーター内が魚のような匂いで臭かった。エレベーターは誰でも利用できるので̋

This is a great alternative to a hotel, but you get a bear hotel like experience. The elevators are slow sometimes. That’s the only negative thing I could say about the place. That’s a problem that’s impossible to fix, so deal with it.
