Nice stay. Was on ocean, but not “beach”. You need scramble over rocks to access adjoining beach. Otherwise, you can walk about 20 minutes to beach. You can snorkel right off property-but again, need to access via rocky coast. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues expecting easy beach access (as I believe pictures lead one to believe). Think fee for stay was also exorbitant.
We had an amazing time at this condo. We had read a review of someone that stayed there a month ago, talking about how hot it was inside, but with all the windows open, it was perfectly fine. The views from this condo were amazing. You can literally swim with turtles in the bay right below The condo. Napili Cove is an amazing place to go spend time on the beach, relaxing, waiting around, and even snorkeling a little bit.This is a perfect spot for a small family like ours. There were four of us and we fit perfectly into this place. Plenty of room and it was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this place.
The property was beautiful however when we arrived we had no water for 5 hours after arriving. The dryer was not working so called to get fixed. Shut off every 3 minutes. Maintenance guy came and supposedly fixed. We ended up hang drying clothes for 4 days. Called again because doors were jammed and could not open to even get to dryer so tried to fix ourselves but could not. Maintenance guys came again and he filmed dryer shutting off like we said and fixed doors. He filmed twice and obviously didn’t submit first video. We filmed as well and have proof of problem. The responses we received from manager/owner were extremely rude advising us of things we had not done and stating we broke the doors even though they were in perfect order before we left.
If you have a family with small kids, read this review. We left and found a different place to stay midway through our vacation.1. There’s no air conditioner in this unit. 2. One of the sun shades was broken and stuck down, blocking the cross ventilation (the only way to cool down the unit). 3. The overall condition was not great. We did the touristy thing and purchased Hawaiian Host chocolate covered nuts one night. They were soft and nearly melted from the heat the next morning.
Great spring break family trip. Beautiful view at a perfect location to walk to Napili beach. Good size for traveling with kids. Maintenance issue was handled in a reasonable time with good communication from the property manager.
The oceanfront view is absolutely stunning! The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access the bay and beach for snorkeling.
Overlooking the best snorkel spot for turtles. Amazing way to start each day, with beautiful sunsets to end the day. The 2nd bedroom can be set up as a king bed, or 2 twins. Just let them know which way you want it set up. We didn't realize this, but management responded right away when we questioned it and resolved our issue very quickly without any inconvenience to us. The 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and toys were so appreciated. We had an amazing stay.
Nice condo in convenient complex within walking distance to beach/snorkeling/coastal trail. Great trade winds and awesome view of the ocean and whales in the distance. Lots of turtles in the bay next to the property. The management company was really responsive when we had issues. Beds are on the softer side and some things (dishwasher, arm chair) could use updating but didn't negatively impact our stay.
This was the perfect location to stay!! Watched the sunset from the balcony along with the sea turtles in the cove and whale spouting, tail flaps and breaches! Condo was perfect and well equipped! GREAT location!
Location was amazing. Easy access to the beach at Napili Bay and Turtle Bay. Lots of fish and turtles in the bay which provided excellent snorkeling. The furniture in the unit is a somewhat dated but comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all worked well. Chairs and cooler’s were available for our use. We were happy to call unit home during our stay. Highly recommend.
Maui really is paradise. We stayed at the best possible place to experience it!
Our family from Australia loved the location. Condo was in a great spot for walking to Napili Beach for swimming, right next to Honokeana Bay for snorkeling with abundant turtles or access to the swimming pool. Also was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.. available to use. A little dated inside, but the location and scenery more than made up for that. Would stay again. Thanks.
The views and sunsets from this condo unit are so beautiful!
The place is comfortably furnished, the kitchen is well stocked. I wish the showers were cleaner as there was a lot of black mildew sitting around both bottom glass showers.
That is why I’m given 4 stars!
The property was well maintained and in a great location. It overlooks Honokeana Bay and the ocean and you can watch sunsets from the balcony. Honokeana Bay has great snorkeling with calm water, lava rock and colorful coral, and lots of fish and turtles. It’s a short couple minutes walk along the beach and rocks to gets to Napili Bay which has a beautiful sand beach and clear water for swimming, playing or more snorkeling. The unit does not have AC but was fine as long as you leave windows open and ceiling fans on. Our temps for the week were low 70s at night to low-mid 80s during the day. Our family really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Hawaii from NC and this was the perfect place for us to land! Everything is as described and exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets, sheets & towels (not that we needed them, but it was great to have!). Loved having laundry with a few pods available. Beach chairs, a cooler, freezer pack made day trips with packed lunches a breeze. We rented snorkel gear from Boss Frogs on day 1 and used it every day in our own cove & all over the Island. The turtles are amazing!
The view was breathtaking & the entire property is well maintained and feels like a private oasis. We visited the nearby coffee shop, joined The Club Maui for the week for daily workouts (5 min away) & every time we left Napili, we couldn't wait to get back to our "Maui home!"
Only thing - head's up: When you close the dishwasher- make sure it's actually closed!
No AC- but other reviews let us know that and there is a box fan for the loft and a great cross breeze.
When we got to our next destination my teens shed literal tears because the bar was set too high by this unit.
Over all it was good. However the living room and dining room furniture need to be updated.
Napili Point is always nice, C12 is beautiful
We had a great stay; the location is in our preferred area of West Maui with a very nice view of a cove for snorkeling with turtles. The condo is spacious and well appointed. It could use a little updating but everything functioned; the upstairs does get a bit warm as some windows didn't fully open for letting the breeze in and the lanai only had two chairs instead of four as shown in the listing. But all in all, it's a very nice property and we'd stay there again! Booking, communications and check-in were a breeze.
We are family of 5 and had a great stay/ vacation in this nice, well equipped condo. The view from the balcony is amazing, we are looking forward for next stay here. Beautiful, sandy Napili bay beach is very close, walkable. Highly recommend this place.
Wonderful family trip. Location steps to ocean and pool with short walk to nipili bay make this an unforgettable vacation. A bit pricey for the outdated furniture and 3 star accommodations but hard to complain when you’re swimming with the turtles and watching the stunning sunsets.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condominium Napili is a wonderful area on the island. We saw many whales from our balcony. We swam with the turtles just below this condominium. Lots of snorkeling nearby. The condominium itself was lovely The office staff were very nice and the security guard even helped us with our groceries. Can’t get better than that.

We spent nearly a week at this beautiful condo. Prime location with some of the best snorkeling right out your door. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. Very well kept and spacious enough for our family of 5, which includes two teenagers.
We had a wonderful stay here. Every appliance worked and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water for the four of us. It was nice to have beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, a set of fins, and a boogie board as well as many beach towels. We were all set for the beach 😎
Great location, staff, clean property, excellent pool, and the list goes on. I would stay at this property again.
