Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.

Casa de Emdeko 330 was a great rental for our 10 day stay in Kailua-Kona. The condo provided a lot of indoor space, and included a washer/dryer, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and California King bed. The unit was very clean and the outdoor deck space was large and offered a fantastic ocean view. We did not encounter any problems and the rental through Knutson and Associates was seamless. It was also nice to have a code for the door instead of carrying keys with us. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii island. 5*

My stay in both of those units especially 219 was outstanding.The personal who handled our stay at those units especially 219 when we needed their attention with a hot water problem was outstanding.We Will use your organization again on our next vacation when we come home again to recharge.Mahalo

Aloha!
This space was perfect for our trip this time. Within 45 minutes of our favorite white sand beaches, and very close to Kona, grocery stores and airport!
I would love to see a few more basic amenities like a less confusing tv set up, some cookware and toiletries (was well stocked for the first week, then needed a few more things.). It was also very quiet (aside from the grounds crew on a few days).
Would definitely stay here again and thank you to the management team for being so responsive about our requests!
