Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was spotless, well maintained and equipped. The unit has been renovated and updated. Had some issues and property management company responded immediately with a focus on customer service. The resort needs to provide umbrellas for much needed shade around the pool. I would stay here again and recommend.

Although we saw that some previous reviews had mentioned that the unit was dated, that didn’t bother us at all. It’s spotless and well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need and the furniture is comfortable and in good condition. The location is perfect! We’ve been to Hawaii (Maui, Kauai, Oahu, Hawaii (the Big Island) many times. We’ve done the expensive, but beautiful, resort hotels and other condos. This is where we want to return to. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in A-106The property is older and dated a little, and there is no air conditioning. Lots of fans, but still hard to sleep on a hot and humid night; even though the bed was great. However, it is well maintained, and the condo was well appointed, very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Thanks for the use of beach chairs and cooler. Parking is free and safe and there are no other resort fees. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and we liked the BBQ area too. The best part is the location. It is only 30 steps to the waves, and the views are spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the patio just soaking it all in. This complex is also centrally located and this makes it convenient to explore the entire island. Great bike path, and easy walking to excellent food. When you add it all up, definitely 4 star and we will be back.
