I’ve been coming to Kawaii 4/ 20 years and just love it. The location of the property was great, in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of windows and a nice cross breeze.

The property is a lovely new apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Poipu. Close to the beach, shopping, markets and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in apartment. Highly recommend.

We really loved the rental property. It was a lovely place to stay while we were visiting Kauai. Would love to have had a washer and dryer, but otherwise the place was perfect.

This property was very quiet, well provisioned, and a perfect place to stay a couple of days. The neighborhood is quiet to walk in, there are several restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and the beach is not far away. They even had Hawaiin snacks available when I arrived. I would stay here again! It is a lovely property!

We enjoyed our time in the rental. We were gone most of the day and it was a great place to put our feet up and relax in the evening. We appreciated the gas stove and oven to cook our evening meals on. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and in a great location! The air condition was greatly appreciated being from a dry climate.

Great condo for two people. Awesome kitchen to cook in, TVs with Chromecast and appleTV, and very comfortable bed.
Only downside was that there wasn’t a washer and dryer to use.

We had a fabulous stay in a beautiful suite in Kauai! The Royal Palm was luxurious! Watching the the rise from our patio and the sunset from the golf course were extra bonuses.

Loved this spot. Great location and nicely appointed.
Only issue: We needed dry towels as over the course of the week (Monsoon type rain) nothing would dry and there is no washer/dryer on site. I was disappointed that the said promised towels did not arrive ...despite friendly messages saying they would.
