The property was clean. We had everything we needed to make meals. Safeway is just across the street, which is very convenient. The kids had fun sitting out on the balcony, playing games, and enjoying the ocean view. Easy to get anywhere on the island from this location.

The unit was advertised as having 2 king beds but one had substituted for Queens. The rest of the furniture was not changed to fit the space ie the bed side tables had to be turned sideways so drawer storage not usable. The wall sconces were removed and stored in the closet but wall holes still in the walls. This unit is in need of serious updating as it shows heavy wear and tear. The view is as advertised and couldn’t be better.

Just lovely. Entirely perfect. My only critique would be an updated mattress in the pull out sofa and more toilet paper. Apparently they aren’t allowed to stock salt, which is unfortunate. Can’t wait to go back. Beautiful view. Great pool. Safeway across the street was super convenient.

Condo was just as pictured. Beautiful ocean view. The beach is great to hang out at and the pool is nice too. Everything you need is within walking distance!

The condo was as pictured. Wonderful amenities and centrally located on the island which is nice. Everything you need is also within walking distance. The grounds and the beach are also very nice. Communication with the manager was very good for all our needs. Definitely recommend!

The view was exceptional from the balcony. The bedding Mattress and sheets was worn out and outdated. Vacasa the listing agent reach a settlement with us, Which we were satisfied with. This property Until fixed it, should not be listed with VRBO.

Great central location on Kauai and a first class property. The pool and family hot tub were the hit of the week with our 2-1/2 year old grandson. There was a Monk Seal sleeping on the beach the last afternoon so we were able to see wildlife up close.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a few nights at this spectacular condo, amazing views, ample space for our family of 4. Loved sitting out on the veranda and enjoying my morning coffee. The restaurant right down stairs was fantastic, bit over priced but still amazing food. I am really bummed I did not book this stay for longer but we were island hoping. Absolutely book this condo you wont regret it.
