This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

The bedding had a old stale smell and the kitchen was not cleaned all that great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time in Maui. The unit was exactly as described and there was also beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. I liked all the information that was provided through the app. Check in and access to unit was was seamless and I had no problems throughout our stay. We are planning on returning next year.

The place was clean, beds (king and pull out sofa) were very comfortable. We appreciated the condiments left in the fridge and for cooking. We esky enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is information for PMI regarding our stay. Kamaole Sands is a lovely complex & great location - we enjoyed our visit. We feel the suite should be checked regularly for deficiencies - eg.- living room fan not operational, many under counter lights not functioning; all bedding is in need of replacement (lg. hole in blanket, old sheets). For 3 guests, there were only 2 beach chairs, 1 of which was broken & only 1 mask & snorkel. For premium rates charged, we think a closer check of the unit & equipment should be done. Also, would be nice if Netflix was available for existing subscribers. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this one bedroom and it met my expectations and more. Really nice to have filtered water in the unit. I have stayed in 5 other units none of which had filtered water and meant having to buy bottled water. The unit has chairs and unlike other units they also provide beach towels. It was clean and the owners responsive to my questions. I hope to come back again soon.
