We were just a few steps from the beach, the location was perfect. We had everything we needed to make meals and snacks or just hang out when we were home, though we spent most of our time out on the beach or in local restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

The location to the beach can’t be beat. It had a closet full of beach accessories and AC in every room a bonus . Easiest check out ever. They don’t even want you to do the dishes.

Perfect VRBO, especially for families! Clean, very comfortable unit. Well appt. with beach gear. One block from sea tutles and kid friendly beaches. 5-10 walk to great restaurants and more beahes. 5-10 drive to all the best the south side has to offer. Would love to stay there again.

Stayed at this residence our first two nights on Maui. The location is at the start of the Road to Hana so we beat the traffic when we started our adventure. As a bonus we were also 5 minutes from Maui Sunriders, which we enjoyed our second morning. Do not be concerned with the plain exterior. Unit is beautiful on the inside. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect... A short walk from one of the best beaches on the island that had great snorkeling, swimming, turtle watching and amazing sunsets. It was also a short drive to all sorts of food options. The house included all we needed for the beach... Snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to pull it all.
House was just what we needed... 2 bedroom and 2 pull out couches. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for the short time we spend there. Very clean and a great stay.
The unexpected part was the access to an athletic club just a couple minute drive away... It was the perfect place for a workout in the morning and place to swim or play a variety of activities in the afternoon. Was a huge bonus for our family of 5.
Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

This was our second stay in what we lovingly call the "Blue House." We were on the lower level in 2020 and the upper level on this trip. Both are great, but I prefer the upper. Steps away from 2 beaches. Shopping close by. Kauai Exclusive manage the property and they are simply the best. Quick to respond and react. Fantastic management and property.

Overall, the location and stay were great for our two weeks. We were a 3 minute walk to the beaches with quick access to outdoor activities. The porch was a nice place to enjoy the air, day and night, and enjoy evening cocktails and dinner. They had a good collection of beach and activity equipment, albeit some were broken, When we called Kauai Exclusive, they were quick to respond with our requests.
Attention to detail for cleanliness was missing. We had to request a broom and dustpan that was delivered quickly. The queen bed had king duvets for sheets making it uncomfortable to sleep, one of the king sheets was a duvet. We did ask for appropriate bedding and it was delivered promptly. Surface looked clean but when we swept the floors, debris came out from under cabinets. If we walked barefoot in the house then jumped into the shower there was dirt from our feet in the shower. We cleaned the laundry room as the floor was quite sandy and dirty. Small details can make a difference.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super convenient. Clean and had nice finishings. I asked several annoying questions and Joshua was quite responsive. AC worked in all rooms and bathrooms and kitchen were nice. We would totally stay here again. The view from the lanai is undersold in the ad; it was very nice with all of the greenery and the ocean in the background. Just so you know this was written by a real person, we did have a couple days with one shower not getting hot water, but we just used the other shower and it was more convenient to work around naps that way anyway.

Location was within walking distance from great beach/ park with lifeguard. Turtles resting on sand!
Great restaurants within walking distance as well.
Centrally located between all the sights and activities we set out to experience!
Huge storage room full of everything you need for the beach.

This place was perfect for our family of four. Being so near the beach was amazing, we hit it up everyday of our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with flat wear and cutlery, but the coffee maker had a bad filter, we left some paper filters, so hope that helps the next guest. Would have liked a broom to sweep the sand away from the door, there was a vacuum, but who wants to pull that out for a bit of sand down the stairs. The reason for 3 stars for the cleaning was the thick layer of dust on the fridge, and the dust build-up on the ceiling fans.I would recommend this property for a family similar to ours.
