We love coming for the relaxation, ocean sounds, and superb snorkeling at four nearby sites (Honolua Bay, Black Rock, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay), not to mention the warm people and beautiful views.
Sunsets are spectacular from the Lanai you can see miles of open uncrowded beach in which to snorkel the pristine coral reefs. The view from your Lanai includes a spectacular show of humpback whales from December through March. The sites are ever-changing - with sailboats, cruise ships, snorkelers, sea turtles, and sunbathers. Across the ocean lies the islands of Molokai and Lanai, where sunsets are glorious to behold from the comfort of your private lanai.
The Mahana resort is located at the northern end of golden Kaanapali Beach, considered one of the world's best, warmed by the Maui sun and overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
Our accommodations include master bedroom suite with bathroom, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and sweeping views. We are located on the 3rd Floor in the Lanai building.
A very short walk is a shopping center including Stars supermarket, the 'Best Coffee in Maui' cafe, Pizza Paradiso, Subway, a video/DVD rental store, Soup Nutz's superb fresh soups.

This property is exactly as described. We had an incredible stay in Alicia's condo! The condo has anything and everything you need, for a home away from home feel.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in. Everything from towels, to extra blankets, to pillows, you name it, nothing was forgotten about. As an added plus, the beach toys and supplies are endless. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boards and skim board, as well as the snorkel gear, all while we enjoyed the coolers and beach chairs.
The views from the condo are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai daily. We saw whales and turtles almost every day. We also enjoyed watching the surfers, right out front.
The location is easy to central to Kaanapali and a quick drive to whatever you want to do. If we return to Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was everything that is advertised. The amenities and gear was fantastic. There is nothing that we needed that wasn’t there.
It is nice to have Duke’s right by you for a quick meal or Lava Flow. The beach is a little rocky, but you can also snorkel right from there. Just bring your beach shoes, or there were some in the toy box.
Fabulous and they have thought of everything!

We have stayed at the Aston Mahana for many years. I believe closest condos to the ocean. Condo is elegantly decorated. Bed very comfortable. Nice hot water great water pressure. Upgraded chef appliances and kitchen. Alicia was exceptional and communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Even giving us a friendly reminder the morning of how to access the condo, etc. Then, the day before we leave, we got the check out instructions again, which made it very easy. Definitely staying here again. Five stars all the way.

Everything is just perfect at this rental! We had everything we needed. Beach towel, chairs, snorkel fins. Great location for food! We ate at the pizza place across street 3 times! The beach is perfect and snorkeling was amazing!

The pictures do not even do this magical place justice!
The condo was super clean. There are mesmerizing views.
The sheets, bedding and towels were all luxury. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is decorated so perfectly. The condo is FULLY appointed with anything and everything you could ever need.
It is truly a magical place and we feel so lucky to have found it! We hope to return again one day. Thanks for making it extra special!

Excellent stay and host! The condo and view are even more gorgeous in person than the photos. Condo came with pretty much any and everything you can possibly think of. Alicia was quick to respond to questions we had. There is a little “food truck” area walking distance away along with several restaurants which are about 10-12 minute drive. Front street was about 15 minute drive away and Napili area about 10 minute drive. Great location, gorgeous views!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in this unit for 5 days at the end of March. We have stayed in several rental properties and this condo far exceeded our expectations. From the booking process to our stay Alicia communicated with us and offered suggestions for our stay. The condo is extremely well kept and is stocked with everything we needed. Everything is top notch from the Tommy Bahama beach chairs to the kitchen supplies and even the hairdryer. With all that being said, the most amazing feature of this condo is the fantastic view of the ocean. We saw whales and turtles from our windows and lanai. I have never been so close to the ocean. I am hoping we have the opportunity to return soon and stay in Alicia’s amazing condo.

We chose to come back to Maui in February specifically to see the whales and we weren’t disappointed. We spent our mornings on our lanai sipping coffee and watching the baby whales play. Evening sunsets were beautiful and also spent watching more whales. The condo is beautiful and located close to great walkway along the beach and close to many great restaurants and beaches. Will definitely stay here again next time in Maui!
