You can't get closer to the water. This is truly a special place to stay. Had a wonderful time for my husband's birthday. The view from the balcony is amazing. Couldn't have asked for better.
I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Amanda was very responsive each time I messaged her, and she gave good advice about where to eat, snorkel, etc. the condo is very comfortable and has a great view of the ocean. It even has a storage unit that has beach chairs, boogie boards, and other supplies. The kitchen is well supplied if you decide to cook a few meals at home. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and will return here when I return to Kauai.
I could not get over the view from this property! Pure Heaven!! The unit was nice and clean, beautifully decorated, in a convenient centralized location, had wonderful amenities and lots of nice extras. The owner had great communication. We coud not have asked for a better stay. I cried when we had to leave, hopefully we'll make it back someday.
Aloha , the place is amazing. You go to bed with the sound of the wave's, and wake up to spectacular sunrise, just magical . It has everything you need. We stay out a lot doing water activities and hikes around the island and we realize this place was close to everything. Convenient stores , grocery stores , Starbucks and lots of foods options like restaurant, food trucks and beautiful beaches to visit and enjoy in the area. Its Close to waterfall trails like the “secret falls” and “Makaleha falls”
The views from the unit were amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront patio. The unit was clean and well equipped with anything we needed. It also had a storage closet with lots of items, like cooler, beach chairs etc. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals and use the outdoor grill for some steaks! The complex is right across the street from Safeway and an ABC store to get all the items you need, as well as walking distance to several restaurants as well as Shave Ice. Highly recommend this property!
We stayed 9 nights at this beautiful condo in Kapa'a - It was perfect! Location is convenient to the entire island. The Condo is just like the pictures, if not better. Plenty of space, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfy, and the Condo was spotless. Listening the waves at night and watching the sun come up each morning was magical. You won't regret staying here and Vikki was a great host.

Everything was great, perfect location to access all sides of island with not too long of drives. Overall property is a little older, but well kept and clean. Would recommend for anyone to go
Our unit was absolutely amazing as the location & peaceful views surpassed our expectations. The sound of the ocean waves & feel of the cool breezes gave us the most comfortable & enjoyable experience. The unit is delightfully furnished & Vikki is an incredibly responsive & accommodating host. Highly recommend.

This property was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. Waking up to the peaceful, serene sunrise was priceless. I rented a bike to ride to and from the Coconut Marketplace for breakfast and coffee. The property is perfect, and I would highly recommend staying here. The constant ocean breeze made air conditioning unnecessary. Our host, Vickki, was very accommodating and ensured everything was to our liking.
This condo was even better than advertised and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Very well stocked on anything you need for a stay on Kauai. Condo was clean & beautifully decorated and you can’t beat the view on the lanai! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Kauai

The condo was exactly as listed! We couldn’t have been closer to the ocean! We spent every morning watching the sunrise on the lanai drinking our coffee. The condo was very well equipped with everything that we needed and so well and tastefully decorated. It felt like home immediately. The host, Vikki, was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We found some books with very helpful information about everything we needed to know about the island in the coffee table drawer so that, along with the info from the host made our visit wonderful. The only negative comment we have is that without air conditioning the last few days of very humid weather felt a bit “sticky”. Mahalo for a wonderful week!
We travel to Hawaii every year, and that is the best stay that we have had. The apartment is lovely; the view is stunning, and the house is perfect. Have all the amenities necessary for cooking. Even the bed is super comfy. We feel like we are living our dream. You see the sunrise by your balcony. I recommend this house.
This condo is wonderful. Great location, closest unit to the ocean. Pretty windy most of the time so not having AC wasn’t ever an issue. You get the sunrise each morning. Kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you’ll ever need. Super nice furniture on the lanai to eat, read and lounge. Walkable to lots of great restaurants, coffee and ice cream. Pool was wonderful and never too crowded. They cleaned the pool and decks every morning. Mahalo for a wonderful first trip to Kauai !
This is a great place to stay! We would stay there again. We loved the view. The beach this location is on is a great beach--we spent a whole day on it! The location on the island is super convenient as it is between the north end and south end, so if you have activities in all locations, you can get to all of them with the same distance. You will love it!
This property literally feels like you are sleeping on top of the ocean. It was beautiful, clean, and the host was so friendly. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning but we easily adapted and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean and were comfortable the entire time. We even saw whales from the patio. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Wonderful, centrally located, easy to access, easy to communicate with owner, very responsive for the few questions I had. Great location to walk to grocery store and restaurants. Fantastic lanai for morning coffee. We just loved our stay and look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location for accessing both north and south shore. Well stocked pantry. Very accommodating and responsive host. Don’t forget to checkout storage closet that has a the beach stuff you need left by previous renters.
