The Kihei Akahi, opposite Kamaole II Beach Park is a fantastic property for both couples and families. Mere steps from the beach, the property features 2 pools, 2 barbeque and picnic areas, tennis courts, beautifully landscaped gardens, ample parking and onsite management and security.

Our one-bedroom condo, featuring a luxurious king sized bed, has a spacious open-galley kitchen. We did a complete renovation and refurbishment with new furniture, new appliances, new flooring, new bathroom and new kitchen in 2011. Every year since then, we have updated, maintained and refreshed the condo at least twice a year.
From the lanai of our Maui home on the third floor of the highly desired C Building, you look over the beautifully landscaped garden and across the lower pool to the ocean. Or, turn to the left and look over the upper pool to Haleakela - one of the two dramatic volcanos which created Maui. Kamaole II beach is mere steps from our door.
Our upgraded unit features tile flooring, new cabinets and granite countertop in the kitchen, new tiled walk-in shower in the bathroom with Bali beach stone flooring, new furniture and new painting and decor throughout. The condo is decorated in warm and welcoming colours which invoke the sand and shore. Sitting on the lanai, 1 level up, there is almost a courtyard feeling in the middle of the lush tropical vegetation of the Kihei Akahi garden. It is a wonderfully zen place to have breakfast or coffee. The added benefit to our location is that the inside of the condo stays cool during the day as it avoids the direct sun. Open the windows and let the sea breeze in!
Everything you need for your Maui vacation is in the unit including linens, dishes & cutlery, cooking utensils, laundry, beach chairs and toys. Well, not everything. The beach and the sun are outside and the shops and restaurants of Kihei and Wailea are minutes away. We hope you enjoy your stay in our little piece of paradise.
In response to the wildfires which decimated Lahaina, 10% of our rental revenue is donated to Habitat for Humanity Maui. They lost ten brand new homes in the fire and we want to help rebuild them.

It was our first time in Maui, and everything went beyond our best expectations. The condo is located right in front of Kamaole 2, a beatiful beach. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, it is very comfortable, and has all gear you would need for the beach. The condo owner is very responsive for any enquiry you may have. The property management is very kind, the whole complex is a nice garden. Definitively we recommend!!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in this condo. Neal is very responsive to any questions or concern that arose. The condo is located very centrally in the complex and in the town of Kihei. It is supplied wit( all the essentials including beach chairs, towels,etc. I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family and hope that we will be able to stay again in the future. Neal’s condo is truly a slice of paradise. Location is perfect; right across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and walking distance from great food and shops. The condo is so clean, well furnished, with all the amenities. The couch in the living room is so comfortable with a view of a large flat screen tv. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dish washer! The bedroom is private and has a comfy king sized bed. The lanai is big with a table and four chairs and a gorgeous view of the ocean to the right and the mountains to the left. Below is a well manicured Hawaiian garden with beautiful trees to enjoy. Neal is truly the perfect host! Communication with him was easy and quick turn around. He is kind and generous! Thank you for sharing your incredible beach house ! We hope to back soon!

Perfectly located for different Maui activities around Kihei.
Fully equipped for an easy stay. However some minor maintenanceNd new bed sheets needed as well as some beach equipment should be replaced.
