Nice location & view, but noisy road during commutehiurs
Close to everything in Kihei and access to many beaches.
Dirty floors even though they want you to take off your shoes to walk around the unit. The owner did request the cleaning person to rewash the floors but it STILL wasn’t clean. No spices, Saran Wrap, ziplock bags, etc. The next week we stayed in a condo that was loaded with extras so you don’t have to buy EVERYTHING. There is a glass cover on the coffee table and it’s not attached and is much larger than the table top. My husband leaned on it tipped off and smashed. Could be very dangerous! Glass everywhere.
This property is clean and well-equipped. Located right across the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The landscaping of this complex is prettier than the others I see in Kihei.
Our stay here was outstanding. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. The large lanai was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxing, and sunset dinners. The condo is just steps across the street from the beach, and a short walk to restaurants and stores. The owner reached out after we arrived to make sure everything was up to standards. I’d recommend this condo in a heart beat.

This was our first visiting Kihei in September 2023. While looking for a place to stay we found this property at the Kamaole Sands Resort, and what a hidden GEM. To start our Host Rita, was amazing! Great communication about everything from start to finish of the rental. The condo was PERFECT in every way. Anything you need to make your stay comfortable, and enjoyable Rita has available at the condo. The condo was well decorated., The lanai is large,and my favorite spot to sit to enjoy the ocean. The beach is directly across the road...steps away from our condo, and was easy to walk to. I would love to come back to Kihei, and this condo will be our choice. Sherrie
Large balcony with seating and ocean view. Nice that they had beach towels and gear to take to the beach. Updated modern kitchen. Great location in Kihei, close to Wailea. Bedroom was a little dark but nice having 2 bathrooms. Condo complex was nice with bbq areas and pool area (small relative to how big the complex was) but then again the beach was across the street!
I loved staying at Rita's place. It's perfectly located, quiet, clean, and has a sizable very shady lanai.
The property was neat and clean with plenty of room to entertain. Located steps from the beach and near lots of shops and places to eat. We really enjoyed the condo and location.
The Kamaole Sands resort is really impressive—very well maintained, with beautiful grounds, large swimming pool with separate hot tubs for adults only and families with kids, great barbecue and picnic table setup and good location right across from Kamaole Beach No. 3. It is a great place for families (our adult children with kids had their own condos in the same building). The condo in which we stayed was also well maintained and very well equipped. I am especially impressed by how well the kitchen was equipped, including high quality cookware and knives, lots of dishes and glassware, serving bowls, plastic storage containers and cutting boards.
The condo was excellent. It was just as the host Rita had described it. The view from the lanai was fantastic! It was well stocked and organized. I can’t think of something we wished it had that it didn’t. We will definitely look to book this unit in our future visits.
