We had never been to Kauai before and I spent a lot of time trying to pick the right location for us. We were so thrilled with the Poipu area and the home itself. The kitchen and dining area were so lovely and the living room was great for relaxing after long adventurous days. The pool was the big hit with the kids of course. Hosts were responsive and everything was spelled out nicely ahead of time. Good beach supplies and ample towels. We hope to return very soon. Thank you Kristi and Mark!
We enjoyed our two week stay at this beautiful property. The home was spotless, beds comfortable, pool was small but perfect for us, and the use of Poipu Athletic Club was an added bonus! A great location to explore the island. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this beautiful home in January 2025. The property is immaculate and beautifully decorated and cared for. The outside space, grill and pool was definitely a hit for us all. We made so many memories spending quality time with family. Kristi was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay, and check in was smooth. Thank you! We will be back.
The house was exactly as advertised. It is an amazing place to stay and fit our family of 7 adults very comfortable. Everything was wonderful. Kristi was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
We stayed for a week in this well-equipped vacation home. We have 4 adult children and the kids had their own wing with the master bedroom on the other side of the house. The pool is amazing and the garage has everything you need for the beach. The location by Koloa and Poipu with the food trucks and restaurants/pharmacy/coffe shops is perfect. We loved Shipwreck beach and did a Luau at the Grand Hyatt. I also recommend Captain Andy's raft tour of the Na Pali Coast. We didn't use the AC but it works great if you need it. The weather was sunny and 80 every day in November. The owners and property manager are easy to work with and very responsive. They provided laundry detergent, toilet paper/paper towel, dishwasher detergent, and more for the week. Tons of beach towels too. They also included an athletic club membership that is at the end of the road. I was highly impressed with this vacation home and am recommending it to my friends. Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay!
We had an amazing week on Kauai and this home was spectacular - beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we could hope for. We’re a group of 8 from young kids (6-8) to grandparents, and everyone loved it. We hope to stay again!
We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Kauai! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The photos honestly don’t do it justice – the home is even more beautiful and updated in person. Everything was in perfect condition, and unlike many other vacation rentals we've stayed in, this house was impeccably clean. Even the grill was spotless! The cleaning team did an outstanding job, and the home was free of dust, floor was squeaky clean, which is rare. The peaceful and beautiful neighborhood made it a perfect getaway, and we loved having access to beach accessories and pool toys. We can't wait to return to this incredible rental!
We love staying in this lovely home. This is our 4th year returning. We love the comfortable family friendly accommodations, the pool, the easy communication with the property owner and property manager. This year we also enjoyed the perk of the poipu beach athletic club. The kids loved the water slides and the adults enjoyed the gym amenities. Great stay! Highly recommend to anyone.
Beautiful home, perfect for a large family or two. Private, clean and includes all the amenities. Headed pool and AC in each room is a nice treat. Owners are quick to respond and helpful!
Only suggestion that would be a huge bonus would be a fridge in garage for drinks. When staying for a week and shopping at Costco the fridge gets small quick.
Our second stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and and an infant. Owners provided a pack and play, infant blankets/bedding, and a high chair. Access to the nearby Poipu Athletic Club was also a great addition. We will be back!
We have stayed in this house many times over the last 7 years. It is made for families. Open living space, lots of seating on a comfortable couch. The pool is a perfect size and the backyard is landscaped beautifully. Close to very nice restaurants and the Aloha shuttle can pick you up and bring you home.
This house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating. Great amenities: pool, clean grill, fully stocked kitchen, ample beach gear, and even a guest membership to the beach club!

We were seven adults with 2 children under 1 year old. Every one enjoyed this house. We cooked a lot and we found the kitchen well equipped. The beach equipment were greatly appreciated including beach towels. I highly recommend this house.
As you walk through the front door you instantly feel at home. Marc and Kristi have made this home a well equipped and beautiful touch of paradise. The heated pool is as well used by my grandsons and the four year old even learned how to swim during our trip. Hopefully we didn’t bother the neighbors with our 7 am swim the first day. The fact you can use the Poipu athletic club is such a bonus. It’s a wonderful place to spend the day with your grandkids, They have great food and drinks, pingpong, corn hole, a water slide, kiddie pool and a huge outdoor gym! This was our second family trip to this exact area in two years as our family just loves it. We hope to return again.
My family of 7 have stayed at Milo Hae for the last 6 years. The house looks exactly like it did 6 years ago. It always looks freshly painted and is spotless inside and out. The layout is ideal with a U shape home. Master is off the living room area, other master is down a long hall far from the living area. 2 more bedrooms down the long hallway. The living/dining/ kitchen area is open, large and very family oriented. The lighting is beautiful and the paintings are unique and very Hawaiian. The backyard has a perfect sized pool, BBQ area and the landscaping is
perfection. Close to great restaurants, we use the Aloha Spirit shuttle to get to and from, so convenient!
