This spacious home is completely equipped with all the amenities one would expect in a world-class property. The custom Four-Season e-glass atrium provides additional living space to be enjoyed just a step down from the master bedroom suite which has a king bed, its own on suite bathroom with a large shower for two, fine linens, TV and can be closed off from the glass atrium with custom island shutters for added privacy. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king, TV, new walk-in glass shower and vanity for guess to enjoy. Washer and dryer are located in the second bathroom. The lanai adjacent to the living room remains open to dine on new Tropitone furniture, BBQ, sun bath or simply relaxthe day away.
The redecorated interior with fine museum quality art is beautifully decorated with many items collected from our travels around the world. The gourmet kitchen features custom cherry wood cabinets, granite counters tops and is fully equipped for your cooking pleasures. Bathrooms are tastefully tiled with marble/granite vanities and accented in glass in the master bath. Beautiful appointments throughout the bedrooms provide a tranquil comfort for your vacation home, away from home.
Enjoy spectacular early morning sunrises and Bali Hai sunsets or walk down to Hideaways Beach, a secluded yet accessible beach with an excellent reef for snorkeling, swimming or surfing, often in the presents of turtles and dolphins.

We loved our vacation in Kauai and especially the condo and property. The proximity to North Kauai's beaches, Hanalei, The Na Pali Coast Trail, Princeville and Kilauea was great.
Paul was a great host with good communication about the condo.
Looking forward to a return trip!

This property is beautiful and is in a great location. We only had 5 full days in Kauai and we knew we wanted to stay on the north shore since that is where we were mostly exploring. This made a great base for me, my husband and my 2 kids (ages 12 and 18). One day we did drive to other side of island to see Waimea Canyon but it didn’t seem that far and we were back by the late afternoon. From the condo you can hike down to Hideaway Beach which is steep if you have mobility issues but otherwise easily doable. We also went next door to 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay to enjoy their beach and restaurants. The condo is within easy driving distance of Hanalei Bay , a grocery store and restaurants in the north. While we were there we enjoyed snorkeling cruise on Napali coast, hiking first few miles of Kalalau trail, and riding in a helicopter - all within short drive of condo.
The condo was a good layout for our family and the kitchen is well stocked. We had lots of room to spread out. Wish it hadn’t been as warm as it was to sit outside during the day because the balcony has a beautiful view but we did enjoy it in the evenings for the sunset!
This is a beautiful property that we will rent again if we ever blessed enough to come back to Kauai!

Property is exactly as advertised. Wonderful stay with our family (kids 13 and 11). Hosts were super responsive, and property was fully stocked with everything you would need. We were sad to leave.

We stayed on both the north and south shores of Kauai on our trip ... We highly recommend the Princeville area, and this condo is a big reason why. It was a perfect fit for us. The views and the amenities were spectacular. The hosts were very attentive too.

We had such a fantastic time staying here in Kauai - everything was seamless! Enough can't be said about the owners; Paul was so quick to answer all of my questions (both prior to and during our stay) and went out of his way to make our visit outstanding! Everything in the condo was as pictured, the views were stunning, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need for cooking, and the unit was stocked with everything we'd need for the week.
We liked the location - right in Princeville for groceries and some restaurants, a quick (though steep) walk to our favorite beach of our vacation (Hideaways Beach - the path is just outside the condo, amazing snorkeling and gorgeous views!) and a great walking/running path right outside. We ended up driving to Hanalei every day for its amazing restaurants, fun shopping and more beaches, which was only 12 minutes away, so we felt very centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and spacious. It has everything we needed. We loved having morning coffee on the lanai. The location was great. Can’t wait to come back.
