This condo is in a great location with beautiful views. We were so thankful to have air conditioning during our stay as it was in the low 90’s. The beds are very comfortable and the property is well stocked for preparing meals though bring your own seasonings as there was just salt and pepper. This property is very clean which is important to me. The flights of stairs were difficult moving our luggage upon arrival and departure but manageable when not carrying heavy items. We were able to park right in front of the condo as very few cars were in the lot during our stay early September which made for a peaceful stay. The only thing I would change is using a keyless entry but that’s a pretty minor adjustment. Deb is a wonderful host who truly cares about the comfort of your stay with fantastic communication. Don’t hesitate to stay here!
We had a wonderful stay The condo was really close to Poipu Beach. We were able to walk down to the beach from the condo. It was just perfect. Everything was clean. It was very roomy and had all the amenities for playing at the beach and was conveniently located to restaurants and shops in Poipu. Our host was amazing. She communicated with us upon arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was going good.

Amazing view & amazing host! Deb was great at communicating and has everything you’d need in the condo. It was so great to not have to worry about packing shampoo or body wash and to have plenty of toilet paper and towels. She had everything labeled and available should you need it! We are a family of 5 so our kids shared the queen and 1 had their own twin bed. The condo was spacious and it was such an amazing view and location. We even enjoyed a short dip in the condo pool after returning from the beach so we could cool off. The property grounds are lovely. I wish we could go back tomorrow!!
This condo is beautiful and walking distance to a very nice kid friendly Poipu Beach ! We enjoyed so much and we feel at home while staying there. Everything we need is provided by owner Deb. Have bath towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coffee, cooking oil, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body soap,shampoo, and many more! The owner is very nice and have a very good communication. The condo is very clean ! I can't find a spot that i need to clean when we arrived. The beds are very comfortable and have a white clean beddings. The furnitures are also very nice. We enjoyed seating in the sofa and also the outdoor furnitures while watching sunset. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Kauai ! Thank you Deb for letting us enjoy your condo !
This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and had a great location walking distance to Poipu beach with many restaurants and shops in the area. It is a very quite complex and was a good home base as we explored the island. Deborah communicated very well to ensure we had everything we needed.
This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. I am a very picky person and I was 1000% happy with everything about the condo! Do not hesitate to book!

For many years, my wife and I always planned on going to Kauai for our 40th wedding anniversary. We spent a lot of time researching what we thought would be the perfect place and when we saw the pictures on the VRBO site, we new this was exactly what we wanted. To our suprise, this place was even better in person. As soon as we walked in the front door we were both in awe of the view. Not only did the balcony overlook the ocean, there was also a panoramic views of the mountains. We also enjoyed many beautiful rainbows. This place had everything we needed and was beautifully furnished, well maintained and very clean. The host was also a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I booked this almost a year ago and from the very start Deb was the best person to work with. You can tell she loves her condo and so did we!.From the moment we walked in the front door it was exactly as described and so clean. I can’t say enough good things we are coming back next year for another month and we can’t wait.

This was a beautiful property. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony faced the ocean with the most amazing view and the sunsets were breathtaking. The AC units worked great and the kitchen was stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels to use. Definitely recommend this place.
"WOW" was my first impression upon walking into this condo. As pictured, very well taken care of, perfect location, spotless, inviting, comfortable bed. Wonderful views from the lanai. What else can I say. I can go on and on.
Deborah was amazing in getting back to me on my questions. She gave me great recommendations on where to eat and what to do while there. Highly recomend this condo.

This condo is truly paradise in Hawaii. The condo has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for our family. The one thing we enjoy while on vacation is waking up and having our coffee on the lanai and this was the best we have experienced with great views of the ocean and mountains. We often ended our days eating dinner on the lanai watching amazing sunsets. It was very convenient to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to bring to the beach. It was a very clean and updated condo. Deborah was wonderful to work with and was in touch throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. She really cares that you have a great vacation. The location was very convenient to explore the island and nice that it was a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return!

3rd story condo with a two sided balcony view. No one on the right side of you. Very quiet at night. Extremely clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Washer, Dryer and full kitchen. Deb even supplied the coffee! Coming back to this property every day was very relaxing and felt like home. Highly recommend this rental. Can't go wrong.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The location was awesome and we loved the views had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Definitely would consider staying here again.
Everything about our stay here was perfect: it has every amenity you could ever need (from beach gear, to comfy beds, to kitchen utensils, to AC!); it's conveniently located by all the hot spots on the south side of the island; and communication from the owner was amazing throughout. Best of all, the view from the balcony was unmatched! I wish we could sip coffee or mai tai's on it forever. We hope to return and cannot say enough good things about Deb and her home!
We arrived at sunset. Everyone’s mouth dropped at the amazing view. From the beginning Deb was very communicative. The place was updated and nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, as well as very organised. The place was a short walk to the beach where we saw monk seals, sea turtles, and dolphins. We will definitely rebook again, thank you for the amazing experience!
The villa was perfect for our stay in Kauai. The owner gave us lots of good advice and information prior to arrival.
Everything was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was sensational. We especially enjoyed a drink in the evening watching the sunset.

This was as our second time staying at this condo. The vicinity to the beach, restaurants and shopping makes it an ideal location. The property is quiet, the staff and other tenants are always friendly. The pool is great when you need a little time away from the sand and salt. My recommendation couldn't be any stronger! If you are looking for a great place to stay while exploring Kauai, you've found it. Being on the third level affords excellent views of the sunset, ocean and mountains. You will not be disappointed!
The owner is not lying when she says that this condo has wonderful views. Incredible, views we will never forget. From the minute we booked, the owner was communicative and so helpful. She helped make our trip what it was as she offered advice and made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious condo with everything you could need for a stay. We loved it and hope to return one day.
