A delightful complex low-rise buildings cascading down the hillside to the ocean. Enjoy walking the lushly landscaped grounds to the heated pool directly across from the ocean or a few minutes walk to Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. In the evening walk to great restaurants – Brennecke's Broiler overlooking the ocean or Kalapaki Joe’s. Many more dining and shopping options are within a 5 minute drive. Or enjoy making your own meals with our fully-stocked kitchen or the covered BBQ pavilion next to the tennis courts.

While we strive to provide 5 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella and try to replenish the supply when needed, I cannot guarantee the type and amount of beach equipment that will be there when you arrive as these items get broken or misplaced, left at the beach or in rental cars and sometimes loaned to other vacationers. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.

WOW. What a great place to stay for a week. It has all the amenities that you could need. Including a few items to make a trip to the beach. It was relaxing, great views, and I would highly recommend it.

This is a gorgeous condo that is perfectly appointed and accessorized with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view is very understated in the rental advertisement. It is 180 degrees of water and the mountains. We saw whales spouting and breeching from our deck several days. The pool is located so it overlooks the ocean. The host was very responsive and communicative. She offered ideas about what we needed to reserve and plan ahead. It allowed us to enjoy everything we wanted to do even though we were there at a peak season. We did not want to leave and will definitely return.

Fantastic view, location to beach and shops, very clean and comfortable. We walked alot, close by restaurant and beaches, which we prefer on our vacations to get out of the car. We loved Little Fish coffee shop and enjoyed the Koloa fish market for lunch, took it to the beach park, highly recommend. The pool was perfect even if there was some work being done nearby, we had a great time and would definitely come back.
