THIS IS A NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS UNIT/PROPERTY

CLEANING FEE covers disinfecting and cleaning, laundering etc of unit before AND after. Should you assist (at time of checkout) with tossing all your excess food and bringing your bedding and towels to me, I will refund $50 of your cleaning deposit. THIS IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED.

Unit has been freshly painted, carpets professionally shampooed and has a recently purchased new higher end mattress and furniture.

Conveniently located "In Town".... 2 or 3 minutes from the Ocean and most amenities and excursions, 5 miles from Honokohau Harbor, and 8 miles from Kona Airport. Grocery stores, convenience stores, gift shops, tourists attractions, Coffee Shops, Movie Theatre, Snorkeling, Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Whale Watching, Swimming with Dolphins and Night Snorkel/Dive with the Manta Rays (a MUST!), and several beaches all within minutes of this Unit!

UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Hosted Ohana Unit. Approximately 670 ft. elevation and easy access to main highway ("Queen K"). NO SMOKING allowed within unit and only in designated areas located on the property.

Two story one bedroom full bath with kitchenette unit. Private entrance and plenty of parking available. Ocean View.

Kitchenette located on lower level with very small living area and flatscreen 42" LED Smart TV w/DVD player. Twin SOFABED sleeper. Internet available. Microwave, induction single burner (no stove or oven), coffee maker, full size fridge.

Upstairs has travertine flooring with a comfortable SINGLE king size bed (ocean view), closet, and full bath. Ceiling fans on both floors. Portable A/C unit avail upstairs (Unit is stored seasonally but accessible if requested. Season it is installed is usually from June or July until October FYI however it is currently available and useable now (2023). Ceiling fans for are also in unit. Linens, towels/beach towels, some toiletries available. Air Purifier portable unit also available upon request.

Outdoor seating available in front of the residence as well as unit side of residence. Access to rear lanai with *dining table (seats 6) can be accessible upon arrangement (prior to arrival) as well as use of Washer and Dryer (no extra charge but also upon prior arrangement). (*large bird and bird cage are in the rear lanai with the dining table)

This is in a quiet neighborhood near Kona. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Host is very friendly and had lots of suggestions of nearby beaches.

Cynthia is a lovely person and she has a lovely home. She takes much care to ensure you have everything you need and more. King size beauty rest bed was heaven. There are stairs to bedroom and bath, but they are carpeted with ample landings. The kitchen is stocked with all your needs and bath supplies are aplenty. Very safe neighborhood to park car plus a funny group of pets you can enjoy as company. If you are not a pet person, then you most likely won’t need to encounter them, but I very much enjoyed watching Sampson play soccer with himself!
