Loved this cozy and cute studio. The owner was so nice and the location was fantastic. She was a wealth of knowledge. If we get to Kauai again, it is definitely the place we want to stay.

This property for my husband and I was perfect. The location was across from Poipu beach and Brennecke Beach. Everything you need was in the place. Beach chair, towels, umbrella. Super easy check in and communication. Love love this spot in poipu and will definitely be back and stay here again.
We stopped at this location and everything was as smooth as can be. We even arrived early as our flight arrived earlier than the check in time. Kathy noticed us and warmly accepted us into the property. Would definitely recommend this property.
Great place to stay, walking distance to Poipu Beach. Laundry (washer, dryer) available and easy to use. Parking right next to the unit. Kathy was a great host, she messaged us details before our arrival, came out to say hello, and even left us some treats!
Wonderful stay right across from the beach.
The property was in a great location and all amenities were as listed however the aircon was old and noisy and the shower was difficult to turn on, heat up and pressure was poor.. These things did not stop us from enjoying the place and the lovely island.
We have stayed twice at Kathy's rentals in Poipu. Charming, well furnished, very comfortable bed and extra nice bedding. The location is great! 1/2 block to the Beach and short walk to Brenecke's. Kathy lives on site and is always available. Plus, you get to meet the sweet Rita pup and Effie cat. Highly recommend!

Wonderfully put together suite, comfortable bed (best sleep of our trip), so close to Poipu beach. If felt like staying with family. Kathy greeted me by name and was so helpful when we weren't able to locate the unit after a long day if travel.
I only wish we had more time in Kauai to be able to take more advantage of the kitchette and beach access.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights BEFORE the rest of the family arrived. It was clean and cool and quiet. We were able to get up very early and walk down to the beach to sit with the sea turtles that come up every night.
I would stay here again.
This was the ideal location for me. It was close to the park, the water, restaurants and great walking trails. I loved the patio that received the afternoon sun. Kathy was very helpful with whatever I needed.
The property isn’t fancy but was quaint and just right for the two of us. We would stay again.

Perfect location, just a short walk to Brennecke’s and Poipu beaches. Unfortunately, we had medical issues and had to leave early. In hindsight, we should have canceled our trip, but no regrets. We hope to come back and experience all that we missed.
Perfect location less than a block up from Poipu Beach for snorkeling and Brennecke's Beach for wave action. Sunrises and sunsets both magnificent from the beaches. Accommodations as described and were perfect for two people at a great price. Kathy was very responsive both before and during the trip, letting us know we could check in early! Great Stay!

Loved the location and the homey feel. So many beautiful places a few miles away but no need to go anywhere. Kitchen was fully stocked for meal prep, beach gear included.
