This was property was as described. Condo was well equipped and the location was awesome! We love Kihei and this was an affordable stay in a great location with everything you need on hand. Easy check in and check out.
As always, our stay was wonderful at the Kai Nani. Great location, great beach, great condo, nice view from the lanai, close to restaurants, Foodland, shops, live music at Nalu’s and Tiki Lounge, weekly Bingo at Moose’s. We love it every time we come. Mahalo!

Great property especially if you enjoy the beach. We had a great time and everything was provided that we could have possibly needed.
We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, comfortable, clean condo. It is well stocked with all you need for the beach.We particularly enjoyed the view from the deck while having our coffee. In fact, it was hard to get up and leave that view. The pool was great, the people very friendly. Steps across from the ocean where you can view the sunset. During our stay, the whales were extremely busy and we had many sightings. Would highly recommend this condo.
Decent condo. Dated. Carpets in living room and bedroom need to be removed and non-carpet floor covering used instead (carpeting is such a germ magnet). Teflon cook ware is below thrift store condition. The location is as described. Beautiful view!! THE NOISE FROM THE STRIP MALL NEXT TO THE BEDROOM SIDE IS HORRIBLE. The alley that the trash truck uses is right outside the bedroom window. Trash pickup is between 3am and 4am. Then around 6am the Subway restaurant gets its delivery with lots of banging and loud truck noise. Had a few issues that required owner response. The responses took too long IMO. The view, however, is great.😂
We had a wonderful vacation @ this property. Close proximity to beautiful beaches, reasonable restaurants, excursion bookings, the sunset wall. We loved sitting on the lanai in the extremely comfortable rocking wicker chairs, we would joke to guests that stopped to visit, we really do leave haha. Was just so relaxing, tucked in from any winds or sun, with the most amazing views. The condo stayed cool with the cross breeze, no need for air. Loved walking down to the mango tree on the property daily. We really enjoyed our 3 weeks of a relaxing fun most beautiful vacation. Thanks for having us.

Our family of four enjoyed our relaxing stay in Hawaii. The condo had enough room for us and our two children aged 13 and 10. We all enjoyed the large clean pool. The beach across the road (Kamaole 2 is visible from the patio) was beautiful and depending on the day we could either snorkel (seeing many different fish and even a turtle one day) or body surf. The margaritas next door at Fred’s were a delight and there were many shops to satisfy the teenager within walking distance. The condo was fully stocked (spices, blender, pool noodles and more). One of my favourite things about the condo was the patio where I could watch the whales breach and enjoy my morning coffee or a beer (depending on the time of day). We truly enjoyed our two weeks in paradise.
