Great location! No AC except in bedroom (this was noted in the listing). There was a fan in the unit but it was broken. Fortunately, we were able to fix it which made it more tolerable
Loved our stay, will be back!
Great location. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. Some things need updated. Sliding patio door broken. Some rust on the outside of the refrigerator.
The property delivered well on the owner’s promises: spectacular views and everything that tickles your fancy within reach.From the balcony, the condo offers an unobstructed view of the ocean. A slight breeze invites you out on to the beach. To the north of the condo you’ll find bars and restaurants, to the south you’ll find plenty of open space and opportunities to dip your toes in the water. We did our best to take advantage of the condo’s central location: local hiking (Hoopii Falls was particularly beautiful), golf at Wailua, even made the short drive to check out the Napali Cliffs. This location is definitely on the short list for our next vacation.
The location right on the ocean is ideal. The only downside is the Road beside the complex can get very busy.The renovation set of been done are very nice, but there is more to do such as replacing the old fridge microwave and dishwasherIt would’ve been very nice to have an air conditioner in the living room even a small portable one because it sure got hot
The location couldn't be any more convenient, both for getting around the island, and services (restaurants, retail, etc.) + the beach within walking distance.
The view is awesome with the ocean literally at your feet below.
Plus, during the entire stay the condo was very quiet.
The pool is a very nice amenity, convenient, clean and not heavily used while we were staying there.
The bed is very comfortable with clean linens available throughout.
The condo is well stocked with all the necessary provisions.
One downside is the unit could use a bit of TLC, touch-up, minor repairs, etc.
Having only stairs and no elevator was not a problem, although it is up two stories above ground level (third floor). Good to keep that in mind with suitcases and if someone needs assistance.
The biggest downside, unfortunately, was the lack of air conditioning, except for the bedroom, which was greatly appreciated, as the rest of the unit was unbearably hot, even using all the fans and opening the doors to the outside. We were well aware of it not having air conditioning, but never expected such intense heat inside. It improved after about three days, and we wondered if the unit had been closed up for some time?
We did go down to the management office a couple of times to inquire about it, but although open, no one was there. And, yes, we could have called and left a message, but didn't bother.
Anyway, otherwise for the discomfort, there were many pluses too.
Nice property. Centrally located. Great experience. Clean and well stocked.

Great views, good location, stocked very well.
Beautiful front row seat to the ocean. The condo was clean and provided a nice place to lay your head after all the adventures of the day. A quiet condo for complete relaxation.
Fantastic view. Clean and comfortable. Better than the photos. AC in the bedroom worked fine. Path to the beach is via sidewalk next to main road. Surf can be rough, so beach is mostly used for surfing and fishing. The sound of the surf is soothing, but is loud enough that it may be too much for some people. We appreciate the added touches of coffee, cookies, and soaps. Pool was very pleasant. Convenient location to both sides of the island. We would stay here again.
Perfect location, quiet, except for the ocean. So close it was amazing. Nice pool. And they thought about the women... all the hair tools, made it nice to see that they have you covered

Nice and clean, beautiful view of the bay. Enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing. Great location near many beaches and restaurants.
Communication was excellent, the unit has everything you need. The location is great, with a bakery right across the street, walking distance to Lava Lava club restaurant and the Coconut Marketplace. The property is quiet also which was a huge plus for us.
Everything we could possibly need for a one week stay was available such as pots and pans, toilet paper, saran wrap. Simply stuff like that.
