Everything we needed and more. Had an incredibly comfortable stay. Made our trip that much more enjoyable.
The home was clean, beds were confortable, and the house was amply stocked for anything we needed.The location was perfect for exploring the area and the beach that was within a short walking distance was pristine. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Great condo for my family of four. Plenty of space for all of us. The loft area with two beds was ideal for my kids. It was also nice having separate bathrooms (although the shower in the master bedroom is very small). Andrew provided beach chairs, a boogie board, pickle ball and tennis equipment, a beach bag, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, baking pans, and Tupperware. The condo was very clean. The unit is in a great location in the Turtle Bay ‘complex’ near the Ritz. So it’s a beautiful area within walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants (although they’re very expensive). Cheaper food alternatives are only a 5-10 minute drive. Andrew was great with communication and clear instructions. Only complaint is that the A/C window units were off when we arrived and the unit was super hot. It took an entire day for it to cool down. Highly recommend this property!
Excellent rental with everything you need! We appreciated the closet full of beach chairs and toys. Great location on the north shore and easy walking distance to the beach.
My stay at this Turtle Bay, Hawaii VRBO was absolutely phenomenal, deserving every bit of 5 stars! The property was spacious with an impeccably clean interior that felt like a true home away from home. The modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces, made our vacation effortless and relaxing. Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed daily sunsets and easy access to Turtle Bay’s world-class snorkeling and hiking. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, ensuring a perfect blend of luxury and island charm. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem!
Beautiful place, easy walk to unspoiled beach and golf course. Also walkable to restaurant and bar at the hotel. Short drive to the iconic north shore, which is why we were there!
The condo is beautiful and very updated. It was perfect for me and my husband and provided options to sleep in the main bedroom or the loft area. This location is fully equipped with more than enough AC units and ceiling fans to keep you cool as needed. Only note to mention, if you need assistance with your luggage or just in general, the stairs to the condo is pretty steep and can be challenging to carry heavy luggage up and down. Thank goodness I have my healthy husband. Kuilima Estates is always our home away from home whenever we visit our Ohana. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
The perfect condo and location for a stay on the North Shore. Close to sightseeing and popular attractions. Also, great to just lay at the pool and relax.

The property is in good condition. Our favorite part was the hiking trails that were easily accessible via the golf course. Turtle Bay is beautiful and kind of a hidden gem. We used the tennis courts everyday and the only thing we wished for were pickleball equipment but we settled for tennis!
Andrew was very responsive. The place was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and with essential cooking ingredients like salt, pepper and oil. Beautiful beach access was 5-7min walk. Suggest you go to the beach across from the golf course. Only negative would be that there isn’t much in the turtle Bay Area for restaurants. There was a great food truck area 10min drive but things close early. A really great area if you just want peace and quiet.
This worked perfect for my wife and me, along with another couple. It was close to the Ritz turtle bay. Easily able to walk to their restaurants and the beach access. Nice and quiet!! Thank you for a lovely stay!
The place was clean and newly renovated. It is minutes walk from Turtle Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thost was amazing! He provided detailed instructions days prior to our visit and was quick to respond to our questions.
Overall very good, nice, clean. King bed not very comfortable, main level ensuite shower was small, and clothes washer rough to figure out because knob verbiage has worn off. Arrived to hot space because of requirement to have a/c turned off (we later realized), but your advertisement stated that we would arrive to a cool, refreshing space. After a long day of travel, it would have been nice to arrive to a cooler space, but it didn’t take long to cool off. Went to dinner and came back and it was fine. Host very communicative. Had a great time. Beautiful spot! Nice place! Thank you.

Spacious clean place, close to Turtle Bay resort. Short walk to beach and not too far from Haleiwa. The pool was great too! We also enjoyed playing tennis!!
There are many good things to say about this property. The location is ideal. The way the rooms/loft was set up was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The place has been renovated and modernized. It was, clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Very thankful for the beach towels, toys, etc. The golf course is currently not open so we were able to cut across to the nearest beach in minutes. The beach was idyllic and quiet. Andrew's communication before check-in was very clear. There was an issue with the washing machine, which was an easy fix, and Andrew kindly compensated us for that. I wish the showers were hotter; the water was always lukewarm. That's the reason for one docked star. Overall, a wonderful stay.
The property was clean, comfortable, and well located! My family of 4 stayed at the VRBO on our excursion days before moving over to Turtle Bay Resort to relax at the beach and pool. It met all of our expectations!
My husband and I chose this property during our wedding trip to Oahu. We wanted to stay closer to the north shore to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still have amenities near (grocery stores, places to eat, etc.). This property was perfect for a relaxing and worry free trip. It was exactly as the listing portrayed and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The property manager was easy to communicate with and available when needed. I would 100% recommend this property.
This property was the cleanest property I have stayed at on the Islands. It had everything you needed for your trip. I loved the beach chairs as you are a short walk from many beautiful beaches. The only reason I would not stay here again is I love balconies, drinking coffee on them in the morning in the amazing Hawai air is my favourite and the balcony only has room to stand. I did not realize this when I booked. Otherwise if you don’t use a balcony much I would highly recommend this property.
Andrew’s condo was perfect for our family to explore the North Shore and convenient to Honolulu as well. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. We would love to come back some day.
